This is a duplex but thoroughly soundproofed between units. Penny, your co-host , lives on premises so is available if required. The main level features a newly remodeled kitchen with stainless appliances, granite countertops, and a handy island. On the lower level are 2 large bedrooms, and a full bath. A patio is accessible from the lower level, and has a hammock and hanging rope chair for relaxing.
