Condo holiday rentals in Holiday Island

Clean, quiet, and fantastic location! Perfect spot for one or two people looking for walkability to coffee, restaurants, shops, etc. We parked our car and did not use it the rest of our stay. Tracy and Eric were helpful, responsive, and flexible with a last minute change in plans. Much appreciated! Hope to stay here again soon.

Perfect place to stay for our family of 11. Plenty of room for everyone, ranging in age from 11 months( pack and play and highchair provided) to 72. Lots of bathrooms, all with tubs! Great trip and a WONDERFUL place to stay for a multi-generation family. Lake views from the living area and decks were a delight.

Perfect for a weekend get away. Bed was super comfortable! Big screen TV was great for watching sports. Had everything we needed!

Check in and out was very easy. Space was clean, comfortable and accommodating. Enjoyed the hot tub with towels and bathrobes provided. Location was ideal. Perfect place to stay with the carport as we were traveling with 2 antique cars. Will definitely stay there in the future.

Aspen and her team were super helpful. The condo was super nice and clean - my wife and I enjoyed our time. While it’s shared with other units around, it still felt private and secluded. Such a cool building to stay in with really cool history. Would definitely recommend!

We were happy with our stay at Kristen’s place, we appreciated the festive touch and decor that had been set up for the holidays. Just what we needed, a relaxing peaceful stay. We would come back.

Steps away from downtown it was perfect for our vacation! Lots of great places to eat! The parking was right outside the door. The downstairs had both bathrooms and both main bedrooms, with the upstairs having the kitchen and the living room area with the two twin beds. The only thing that was a pain was that the thermostat had to be changed upstairs and in all the bedrooms to work (at least that’s what we found). Overall a great location!

My family and i enjoyed our hokday weekend and the fire pit next to the kids playground is a genius idea! Lived our stay and we will be back. Thank you 😊

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was so clean and neat. We especially loved all of the artwork and it was beautifully decorated. Garrett was so helpful and very friendly. He was very responsive and quick to get in touch with us. We highly recommend the Artist Loft.

Stacey is a great host! The condo is very clean and every detail was considered. If you're a coffee buff, this place is for you...even an espresso machine! It is obvious that Stacey did her best to consider the needs of her guests; all the way down to labeling drawers. We wanted for nothing as far as supplies. We were even able to loan a can opener to a neighboring guest because their condo didn't have one (we got it back, Stacey ;) ) We visit quite a few BnBs and I check a couple things to evaluate cleanliness...the top of the fridge and under stove knows. Weird? Maybe, but if the host pays attention to those, possibly unseen details...we're good. Stacey passed. My wife quipped whether Stacy would notice if we "accidently" packed the very plush towels. We didn't, but we got the name brand and will be ordering some. The decore theme and color scheme added to the lake life feeling. The condo is small, but in no way feels cramped. This is the place to stay in Kimberling City.

Condo was lovely. Lots of local parks, bike trails. Easy drive to Bentonville and areas. Enjoyed morning coffee watching many different birds on the bird feeders off balcony and pretty view of golf course. So pretty in the mornings with frost all over. Very happy with condo and Michael very great host and helpful, would visit again anytime

We had a great stay at The Hub. There was a lot to do nearby and the games indoors were great for the rainy days. Everything was beautifully clean, and Deana was a great host.

I really enjoyed staying at this place. It was extremely clean, very peaceful, and the view was spectacular.

4 adults, 7 grandkids, everyone was happy. Beautiful. Beautiful location. pool is awesome. TV is every room. lots of extra blankets. we will return. thank you. walmart delivers groceries to this location on express delivery, so no need to cart all your groceries. plenty of things for all kids to do. wifi worked amazing.

It was awesome, we had 3 kiddos with us and there was enough space for everywhere! Kitchen was great beds were comfy and the host were great! Definitely will be using them again!

Place was very clean felt like home away from home, I would recommend this place! Just have to add walls are very thin our neighbors kept us up every night and morning we stayed but other than that it was beautiful!

This is the location at table rock Lake. You’ve always wanted to stay. You can walk right down to the lake from the lovely patio with sunset views.
