There is a short distance to Geilo and Ustaoset to the east, and Hardanger to the west. The cabin has nature right outside the door, and you can use the countless trails and trails in the area

Unique and comfortable stay with new views

Our newly built "sleeping box" is teikna and built by the inexpensive architects in OPAFORM, Espen Folgerø and Marina Bauer, and stands on the 2nd floor in a empty grain barn from 1850 with airy views of Strandavatnet. The box has a 1.80 double bed, but it can put in an extra mattress or cot if needed. In the barn that is located in the building next door, a kitchen, bathroom and toilet have been built. We offer a large double bed (king size). In addition, we can provide an extra bed and/or cot if required.

Skiing, dog-sleighing, rafting, bicycling, horse-back riding, bowling and hiking. The hut is on the doorstep of Hardangervidda National Park. Personalized interior. Accessible by car during summer, and winter on a snow-ploughed private road. 4x4 recommended during winter. Bed linen and towels included!

Lovely cabin in a quiet area about 4km from the centre of Geilo. The cabin can comfortably accomodate a family, and a week here will give you a refreshed mind and lowered shoulders. The cabin was refurbished in 2020 and combines closeness to nature with modern luxury. You get a beautiful view from a large terrace. Both hiking and cross-country tracks are found right by the cabin. The cabin has free wifi, a TV with Apple TV and Nespresso machine. There is a jacuzzi at no additional charge.

Cabin at 800 meters above sea level in the mountain village of Vats, Ål municipality. Great views over the village and mountains. Hiking and fishing terrain easily accessible; a large network of ski slopes, bicycle and hiking trails. It is just 6 km up to the high mountains in Skarvheimen where you can see Reineskarvet and Hallingskarvet. The cabin is located on its own and there is a road all the way to it. If you enjoy quiet and scenic surroundings, it is worth taking the trip here.

Our appartment is quite central with easy access to many of Geilos activities and the surounding nature. The apartment is very modern and self contained. It takes 10-15 min to walk to the town center, Train and Bus Station. Only 150 m walk you find the Ski bus stop, Bakery, Swimming pool, Bar and the locals favourite restaurant Sofia's. 10 min walk to Slaata heisen and the ski area Slaata. We wish you a great stay! The cottage Solstugu Hytta is located along R7 about 1, 9 km from the city center. Cozy cottage contains living room, bathroom, loft and a small bedroom (bed 1.85 x 1.60) Lovely views and sun from morning to evening. Bed linens and towels included in the price. Dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, and kettle in kitchen. We recommend the cabin for 2 adults and 2 children.
