Enjoy the simple life in this peaceful and very centrally located home from 1877 in the middle of Højer. The house is newly renovated and with many fine details. You will live in your own house, with your own garden where the lovely moments can be enjoyed with family or friends. The house is located opposite the amazing baker, within a short walking distance to Højer Mill with a café, close to a nice ice cream shop, the grocery store and Højer Pølser. The Wadden Sea, the North Sea and the Tønder marsh are right outside the door, and definitely worth a visit.

Welcome to a charming and peaceful stay right by the beautiful marsh trail. The house is located almost on the embankment overlooking Vidåen and offers a unique close contact with the unique nature and bird life of the Tønder marsh. Enjoy the morning sun with a cup of coffee by the water, go hiking along the marsh trail or experience the spectacular natural experiences such as the black sun right outside the door. The house is the perfect starting point for exploring the nature and cultural heritage of southwestern Jutland.

You will be staying close to the Wadden Sea, which is on UNESCO's World Heritage List. Højer is worth a visit with the beautiful old houses and the small streets with sights such as Højer mill, Højer sluse, arts and crafts. The home: Ground floor contains a small kitchen, hallway with stairs to 1st floor, bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom with double bed, dining room, and TV room. TV with the option to cast. 1st floor, small toilet, two bedrooms with double beds. You bring your own bed linen and towels.

PA cozy little house in Møgeltønder with a fantastic view. The house is located near Schackenborg Castle and close to the Marsh Trail, surrounded by beautiful nature. On the ground floor, there is a small kitchen and two cozy living rooms. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds, one bathroom, and an office. There is one single bed on the second floor, and the sofa in the living room serves as the sixth sleeping space. Bedding rent - 10 Euro each set. Payment cash.

Here you can relax and start excursions to the surrounding area. The house is situated in an idyllic location on the marsh hiking trail. The apartment is located in a half of the house that is separately accessible for guests. It offers a lounge area, a reading corner, a kitchen, 3 double rooms and 3 bathrooms. The hosts live in the other half of the house. In the guest garden you can relax or let off steam on the trampoline. An additional room in the passage area has been added.

The "hyggelige" kitchen is fully equipped. In the cold months, the house has underfloor heating. The terrace is fenced for your four-legged friends. Cozy ceiling height of the 18th century. Pure joie de vivre, with Sylt & Rømø just a stone's throw away.

The garden is over 1000 square meters. There is space to grill, play or unwind. The garden is completely enclosed. Of course, there is also a baby crib in the house. The beach is 15 minutes by car. To Rømø about 40 min. Charging hybrid and electric cars is prohibited

Du vil elske vores bolig på grund af den enestående placering i rolige omgivelser, den uendelige plads. Vores bolig er egnet til par, soleeventyrere, forretningsrejsende, familier (med børn) . Boligens umiddelbar nærhed til Vidåen - som er et mekka for fiskere - gør at man kan lægge til, med en lille jolle i sammenhæng med grunden.
