The house is located on the eastern part of the island in the Kromose area. A quiet beach facing the Wadden Sea to the east, which is part of UNESCO's natural heritage, is only 500 meters walking distance on a path. Enjoy your morning coffee and tranquility on one of the lovely terraces or on the covered terrace. There is a great opportunity to see the northern lights in the winter months.

Kastanjehuset is a protected townhouse with a closed garden Kastanjehuset is centrally located in the old marsh town of Højer. It's one of the oldest houses in town. Højer is the entrance to the Wadden Sea, which is part of the UNESCO World Heritage List. The home contains a living room with an open kitchen. Alcoves for coziness, 2 bedrooms with double beds, one of which has access to the enclosed garden. A bathroom with shower. The garden is poison-free and deliberately wild for increased biodiversity. Includes entrance, 2 cozy living rooms, a suite, retro kitchen with oven, stove, refrigerator and dishwasher, bathroom with shower, 2 bedrooms with double beds - one is with elevation. One bedroom is a walk-through bedroom. Back entrance with washing machine. Included in the price is final cleaning, as well as towels and bed linen.

You will be staying close to the Wadden Sea, which is on UNESCO's World Heritage List. Højer is worth a visit with the beautiful old houses and the small streets with sights such as Højer mill, Højer sluse, arts and crafts. The home: Ground floor contains a small kitchen, hallway with stairs to 1st floor, bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom with double bed, dining room, and TV room. TV with the option to cast. 1st floor, small toilet, two bedrooms with double beds. You bring your own bed linen and towels.

Halmhuset - The Straw House

Our thatched house is probably the only "Halmhuset" that is rented as a vacation home in Denmark. It is breathable, made of clay and straw, and is sustainably supplied by heat pump and photovoltaics. In summer, the thick walls provide pleasant coolness, in winter it is cozy and warm, with a room height of up to 4 meters. A real feel-good place for up to 8 people, located at the gates of the city of Tønder, close to the Wadden Sea National Park and the islands of Sylt and Rømø.

Quiet cottage in North Frisia on the dyke, right on the Danish border and close to the North Sea and Baltic Sea. Our hyggelige cottage, ideal for beautiful and interesting excursion destinations, such as the Nordfr. Islands, Nolde Museum, North and Baltic Sea... Shopping on site or in the neighboring village, can be reached in 11 minutes by car. The magnificent natural location also invites you to cycle. Bicycles can be stored dry and locked. Children are ❤️welcome.

You can relax and start excursions in the area. The house is in an idyllic location on the Marschwanderweg. The apartment is located in a house half that is separately accessible to the guests. It offers a lounge area, a reading corner, a kitchen, 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The hosts live in the other half of the house. In the guest garden you can relax or let off steam on the trampoline. An additional room in the passage area has been added.
