Relax with the whole family in this beautiful cottage at Gudmindrup Lyng. The house is 60 sqm and consists of 3 rooms. Two rooms with double bed and one room with bunk bed, as well as an annex with sofa bed. In addition, there is a living room, kitchen and dining area. There is a toilet in the house and a bathroom in the annex. The annex and house are connected by a covered walkway. There is a pellet stove and heat pump. Super cozy cottage located 250 meters from a nice child-friendly sandy beach. The house is within walking distance of Nykøbing Sjælland, where there are good eateries and grocery stores. The house has a nice secluded terrace with barbecue, garden furniture, patio heater and fire pit, for the beautiful summer evenings. The property is located on a quiet road up to a small piece of forest but with a nice flat lawn for garden games. There are 2 bicycles for free use and only 6 km to cozy Rørvig.

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Kun 10 minutters gang fra Sejerøbugten, med klitter, lyng og lækreste lavvandede badestrand. Stor og nyanlagt terrasse hele vejen rundt om huset med loungesofa og liggestole samt gasgrill. Der er Chrome cast og mulighed for at se Netflix på fjernsynet i stuen. Desuden mulighed for at låne højstole og legetøj til små-børn.

Guest house in this beautiful location, secluded from roads and neighbors, where nature can be experienced up close with rich bird and animal life, which has its own entrance, toilet/bath and sauna. Here is a renovated building with visible beams and hems that invites you to really cozy moments with a stove. The guest house is adjacent to the primary residence where I live, but privacy is respected. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed.
