The special thing about this house is the building materials. Only natural building materials such as wood, clay, lime, brick, hemp lime insulation and lime terrazzo floors were used. The house is open to diffusion and ensures an excellent indoor climate. From here you have a beautiful view over the Havelauen to the south and to the north on the vineyard.

During the summer months, our pool can also be used by our guests. The cities of Tangermünde, Stendal, Arneburg are easy to reach at only about 15 km each. A self-service market is 1.5 km away and a train station is 2 km away. Stag parties, company parties or similar are not welcome.
