You step out of house and you are surrounded by nature. Collect wild herbs, wild berries and mushrooms right outside the front door or meet rabbits, deer, badgers & Co. A vacation on the farm, only without a fence. At night you can admire the stars at the fire pit and gaze into the depths of space. The house is perfect for families.

Your own vacation home on the lake - get out...

In the spring of 2020, we acquired the property, which has 5 vacation homes. We lovingly renovated this first one, No. 7/4, in 2020 and YOU can come. The pretty vacation home has a living room with kitchen and dining area, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a nice private terrace on the south side. It is partially covered and there is also an awning for the particularly sunny days. The property has its own access to the lake and a jetty with a swimming ladder.

Spacious apartment in the Fischerhaus Havelberg

The former fisherman's house is an old half-timbered house from 1775 (cultural monument) and is located on the southern slope of the Domberg. The special thing about this house is the building materials. Only natural building materials such as wood, clay, lime, brick, hemp lime insulation and lime terrazzo floors were used. The house is open to diffusion and ensures an excellent indoor climate. From here you have a beautiful view over the Havelauen to the south and to the north on the vineyard.

Tiny house - clay plastered quiet island, near the Elbe

Enjoy the sounds of nature as you stay at this special place. You will sleep in the ecologically developed construction trailer with lovingly designed clay plaster. The bed is 1.40 m wide. There is an outdoor toilet and an outdoor shower within walking distance, a gas stove in the trailer, but no running water inside the trailer. This has to be picked up in the faucet within walking distance. You are in the Altmark "in the middle of nowhere"; all around there is agriculture and nature

Our cosy holiday apartment in the small village of Bülitz in the Altmark offers space for 2–4 people over approximately 70 m². The maisonette extends over two floors and impresses with its quiet location and wide view of the countryside. Old walls, exposed wooden beams, brick and clay plaster create a special atmosphere in the rooms and combine rustic charm with modern comforts such as underfloor heating and fibre-optic internet. A place to take a deep breath and feel good.

The former Bismarck estate house, built in 1770 and completely renovated in 2009, is an ideal place for vacations and also workation - for working and relaxing. The stylishly furnished separate apartment (155 sqm) with private entrance, underfloor heating, antique tiled stove, a workplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a hot tub next to the apartment's own terrace as well as a sauna cottage in the extensive park offers the possibility of a varied break in every season.

A paradise for cyclists, hikers and anglers - perfect for small + large nature lovers. Right where the beautiful Havel flows into the Elbe, lies the relaxing apartment Friedenseiche. The address is: Haverland 7, 19322 Abbendorf. The clean and spacious apartment can accommodate six people. One master bedroom with a box spring bed, two small bedrooms each with a bed. Two more people can be accommodated on the comfortable sofa bed in the living room.

This special place is outside the village and has its own style. There are 2 bedrooms with 4 beds, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen with a dishwasher, stove, coffee maker, kettle and toaster, a smart TV, Wi-Fi and a desk. The pool can be shared with the 2nd apartment in summer. Stendal, Arneburg and Tangermünde are each about 15 km away. A supermarket is 1.5 km away, the main train station is 2 km away, and there is a bike path nearby.

Our lovingly furnished apartment is the ideal place to escape the everyday and simply unwind. "Prignitz is a privilege for some and a pampa for others" The property is 5.3 ha. In January 2021, a large part was forested with about 9,000 young deciduous trees and fenced with a game fence.
