This property has been almost entirely furnished with local salvage, second-life or eco-friendly new materials.

The nap corner is a 23 m2 studio located in a village. This is an independent suite with a private entrance, in our family home. It's a passive house with no need for heating or air conditioning. It consists of a bedroom with a 1.80 m bed or 2 beds of 90 cm joined with high-end bedding, TV and kitchenette, a bathroom and a separate toilet. It has a private terrace overlooking an accessible orchard. 5 minutes from the amenities of Soutz-sous-Forêt.

We are 35 minutes from Strasbourg and 15 minutes from the German border. We are also close to Hunspach, voted favorite village of the French in 2020 (5 min), the Chemin des Cimes (10 min), Europa Park (50 min)...
