Exceptional, cosy, light and very large house. Lovely living-room, huge kitchen with everything a chef needs. Large walled- city garden and 4 large bedrooms. Ideally located in "West-Brabant", 45 min from the beaches of Zeeland, 30 min from Rotterdam and Antwerp and 20 min from Breda. You will enjoy our house because of the athmospheren, the light, garden, neighbourhood and comformtable beds. My house is suitable for couples, business travellers, groups of friends and families. A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

Cycling or hiking routes, e.g. “De Pannenhoef” are around the corner. Bikes for rent (€10/day) and a private rental cart trip (€50) can also be booked! The center is 2.5 km. Book luxury breakfast? You can! (€15 p.p./night). The bed has been renewed in Nov ‘24 and is an Auping bed of 1.60 x 2.00 m.

This lovingly furnished studio with its own entrance is suitable for a stay for two. The studio is also available for a longer term. The guest house is in a green recreation area. You will find at 2 km the historic Oudenbosch with the famous Basilica and in 20 minutes you are in the center of Burgundian Breda. In addition to a king-size bed, the studio offers a nice seat, a small terrace at the front and a beautiful green backyard where you can enjoy your privacy.

We had a nice night in the caravan. Super how everything is arranged. It is a very nice place with a lot of private space. Also the communication went very quickly, friendly and helpful, you feel immediately welcome! It was a pity about the bad weather because you can sit outside with the frogs chirping in the background. In short, a recommendation!

Dear Linda, The weekend getaway was a gift for myself. I went for peace and quiet and also completely relaxed in the cottage and the nearby surroundings. It was nice that the garden was so privately furnished that I could also enjoy the garden, the view and the wonderful week with a headscarf. Cleanliness is very important to me. The cottage met this, which I really liked. Because of my birthday, you surprised me with delicious fresh strawberries. Very attentive! I really enjoyed the cottage and the tranquility and definitely recommend your place to others. Maybe see you soon!
