By train, you can reach the Festspielhaus in Bregenz in 5 minutes. In the immediate vicinity begins the local recreation area "Lauteracher Ried" with a popular swimming lake. The first ski resorts can be reached in 20 minutes.

The 90 m² property consists of a living room with 2 sofa beds (one for 2 people and a single one), a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, air conditioning, a washing machine, a dryer as well as a smart TV with streaming services.

Die Gartenwohnung "Leo" wird im August 2024 beziehbar. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem offenen Wohn,- und Essbereich mit Küche. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. Die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer bietet noch Platz für eine weitere Person. Im Badezimmer befinden sich eine begehbare Dusche und das WC, dies alles auf einer Gesamtfläche von 51 m2. Zusätzlich bieten wir unseren Gästen eine Terrasse mit Grill und anschließenden kleinen Garten.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Our house is located on the edge of the village center. A large old birch is the landmark in our garden. The stately wooden house was built 140 years ago in the Biedermeier style and has changed little in all these years. It still reflects a forward-looking and cosmopolitan generation. In this sense, we welcome guests from near and far.
