Debbie's house was is wonderfully located for beach access & a peaceful getaway. We were visited by Wallabies & Kookaburra's each day which was so special for our kids to experience. Cowes is a short drive for all amenities. We had a lovely time. Debbie's was responsive & very friendly & helpful host. We will definitely try to return in future.

This is our second time staying at Denise and Henriks airbnb. The home is so welcoming and comfortable and has everything you need for the best stay. The kids had so much fun playing in the backyard and with all the toys and games provided inside. The home was so clean and easy to make yourself at home. The artwork is beautiful too. A short walk to the beach and in a quiet neighbourhood. Denise and Henrik were very easy to communicate with and ensured we had everything for our stay. We'll be back again next year!

Had a great stay Mykey’s place with the kids, lots of things for them to discover and felt very homely. The spa in the backyard was an added bonus on a cold rainy morning, all in all a great experience and great value in a nice quiet pocket of Phillip Island.

The location, so close to the beach, and beautiful garden setting, make this place a wonderful place to stay. The house and bungalow are welcoming, comfortable, stylish, and well-equipped. We will definitely return, hopefully for a longer visit. Thank you Libby for sharing this gorgeous place you have created!

We loved staying here! The accommodation is beautiful, comfortable and has everything you could possibly need. Right across from the beach for walks or just watching the sunset. Close to the town for shops/restaurants. Easy drive to some excellent walks, sightseeing, etc. Communication with Scott was great. Would definitely stay again if we are back on Phillip Island.

We had a brilliant stay at Diana’s house for a very special milestone birthday weekend. Diana was responsive and comprehensive in the detail she shared and tips for making the most of our stay. The house was beautifully cosy, but plenty of room for a couple of families comfortably. The views and outdoor area were especially spectacular, so peaceful and ideal for our young kids to run around (and the grown ups to play some lawn games!). We had a wonderful stay at the Perfect Family Home on Phillip Island! The location was perfect—just a short drive to the main street in Cowes, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and easy beach access nearby. The house had a warm, welcoming feel and really felt like a home away from home, which made traveling with our dog so much easier and more comfortable. Everything was clean, well set up, and thoughtfully arranged. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a convenient and pet-friendly place to stay on the island!

Sandra is an amazing host and was very helpful with all of our requests and very prompt with responses. We enjoyed the place so much and will definitely be number 1 place to stay when we visit again! The place was really clean and the area accommodates to both people and pets. Sandra ensured we had no issues at all with our stay and was flexible with our schedule as well. Highly recommend! It’s an all year, all weather suitable accomodation place! The board games at the residence were also ideal for when staying indoors! Beautiful place with beautiful views!

Janette’s beautiful beach front property was fresh, clean and had the most amazing view of the beach and sunset! We had no trouble finding the house and getting in with wary and quick communication with our host and had all the necessary amenities for our 3 night trip. This property is very well designed and was a perfect retreat for my partner and I’s anniversary. The bed was super comfy and bathroom was a great size! We also loved the covered outdoor seating and overall style of the property. We recommend this property to all parties of two!

We loved our stay here. Was a great base for catching up with friends elsewhere on the peninsula. Was so comfy, very well appointed, felt just like a home away from home. The bed was a bit soft for us but that’s a personal preference. It was also great to be able to do a load of washing before we continued on our trip around Victoria. We’d stay again for sure. Mt Eliza is a lovely and safe feeling village. Easy walk to shops from the unit. Thanks for your great hospitality Christine!

I highly recommend this place for its style, location, and the host's responsiveness. The living area is enormous, beautifully styled, and it feeds to a spacious balcony. Despite it sitting above a cafe it's very peaceful and quiet. The location was perfect.

Wonderful home way from home. The interior and design of the rooms are fantastic. Kristina is lovely and makes you feel very welcome as she is well informed about the area, sharing great suggestions on what to see and do. Very well equiped kitchen (blender, storage cans, herbs, oil for baking) and bathroom (perfect rain shower, lovely showergel, shampoo and conditioner, laundry detergent) Rooms can be made dark for good sleep. Location is very nice with a yoga studio in the same street and a beautiful area for jogging. Highly recommended!

Lovely spot in Seaford. Back of the building complex so very quiet and peaceful. No noise from other residents. Easy walk to the shops of Seaford, either along the beach or along the creek. We did have issues with access through the front door which Sid tried to help with. We ended up just using the key to the back door for coming and going. Great space for a couple, 2 couples or a small family. Maybe a carton of milk for guests would be a nice touch of welcome.

We love staying at Josh's apartment. It is outside of the busy area of Phillip Island, spacious , comfortable and close to the beach.
