Relaxed Foreshore Beach House Tucked at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac this foreshore hideaway is made for barefoot holidays. Wander to rock pools, play on the lawn, watch wallabies graze and kookaburras laugh in the trees or gather on the deck as the BBQ sizzles and waves roll in. Inside, two living areas give families space to spread out while cosy bedrooms invite slow mornings with sea views. A fully equipped kitchen makes longer stays and entertaining a breeze your island home away from home

The Studio Somers

Once a beach shack, became an artist’s studio, then rescued as a comfortable home and holiday escape, close to the beach and Somers General Cafe. A wonderful place to sit and relax, walk on the beach or explore local wineries and farm produce. In order to safely manage the conditions brought with COVID (and maintain our low tariff) we introduced a 3 night minimum. We are now able to offer a 2 night stay but this is at a higher rate than a stay for 3 nights or more. Please enquire for the rate.

La Plage in Phillip Island This Cosy Cottage is located in the beachside town of Cowes, easy walk to the peaceful Red Rocks Beach, 3min drive to Cowes beach & 10min drive to the world famous Penguin Parade. This hidden gem is nestled in a quiet court. With its inviting north-facing living that flows out to a large deck, the house was meticulously designed to provide guests with a cozy and comfortable stay, complete with top-end appliances that would make their experience truly luxurious.

Hamptons Beach House Rhyll

Come and stay at this newly built beach house on Phillip Island in the beautiful beachside town of Rhyll. It has 3 bedrooms that sleep 8 guests and well behaved pets are also welcome. Both heating and cooling is available, including a new wood heater for chilly winter nights. The front and left of the house feature a large undercover timber deck with outdoor lounge and dining options. The yard is fully secured with a front fence height of 1.2m. The driveway accommodates up to 4 cars

MP is buzzing all year with amazing wineries, restaurants, markets & activities like cherry and strawberry picking.
