Beautiful large, modern property in central Albury

Our place is a spacious modern house situated 5 minutes walk to Dean St (Albury's CBD). Beautifully furnished, with 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We have secure undercover parking and outdoor space to enjoy a BBQ or glass of wine on the balcony overlooking Monument hill. A short walk to Nouriell park to enjoy the Murray river. We are surrounded by open green spaces and 3 playgrounds for the kids. We look forward to welcoming you to our place with a bottle of wine and local cheese.

Central, cosy and private Wyse Cottage

Wyse Cottage was built at the turn of the 20th century and has the charm of that era combined with the comforts we expect today. The cottage is centrally located which means there will be traffic noise. It’s an easy 550 metre walk to the Botanic Gardens and many popular cafes for breakfast or lunch. You also have a great choice of restaurants in the CBD and if you travel for half an hour or so, you will find excellent cafes, wineries and restaurants in Rutherglen, Wahgunyah & Beechworth.
