Featuring warm, relaxed and airy oversized communal living & dining, a kitchen equipped for a several day stay, plus endless vistas of the ocean from the outdoor entertaining deck that gives you yet another living space to watch the sun dip into the ocean. Visit the island's fairy penguins, koalas & Grand Prix track or walk directly down to explore rockpools at your backdoor

The Studio Somers

Once a beach shack, became an artist’s studio, then rescued as a comfortable home and holiday escape, close to the beach and Somers General Cafe. A wonderful place to sit and relax, walk on the beach or explore local wineries and farm produce. In order to safely manage the conditions brought with COVID (and maintain our low tariff) we introduced a 3 night minimum. We are now able to offer a 2 night stay but this is at a higher rate than a stay for 3 nights or more. Please enquire for the rate.

A private and homely guest suite attached to main house in quiet street, 4 doors from north facing beach and 2 min drive to Cowes central. Reverse cycle A/C and electric fire place in lounge room with award winning sofa bed, a separate bedroom with king bed (electric blankets organic linen/cotton sheets) fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom with spa bath, shower, 6 ft fenced private courtyard, bbq, outdoor setting and secured for pets. 30 minute beach walk to Main Street. No shared areas.

Hamptons Beach House Rhyll

Come and stay at this newly built beach house on Phillip Island in the beautiful beachside town of Rhyll. It has 3 bedrooms that sleep 8 guests and well behaved pets are also welcome. Both heating and cooling is available, including a new wood heater for chilly winter nights. The front and left of the house feature a large undercover timber deck with outdoor lounge and dining options. The yard is fully secured with a front fence height of 1.2m. The driveway accommodates up to 4 cars

Mornington Peninsula Getaway-Somers Beach House

Rated as one of the best suburbs of Mon Pen, peaceful Somers is a great base to explore the sights of MP. Walk down to the quiet & dog friendly beach (8 minute walk), grab a delicious breakfast & coffee at the Somers General, dine in style at Tulum village in Balnarring, and return to a cosy, well appointed and pet friendly 3 bedroom house to rest & recharge! MP is buzzing all year with amazing wineries, restaurants, markets & activities like cherry and strawberry picking.

Figs Cottage - French Island General Store

The FIGS Cottage at the French Island General Store/Cafe has 2 bedrooms and sleeps up to 6 people. It is pet friendly (non-shedding/additional fees apply per pet). It is located next to the General Store (the only shop on the Island) giving you direct access to dine in meals, e-bike hire, car hire, meals, wine, maps and groceries. Catch the ferry from Stony Point, on the Mornington Peninsula or from Cowes, Phillip Island. Or bring your own car on the Barge from Corinella

Coastal Tiny House - pet friendly

This tiny house is in a leafy garden, close to Phillip Island's beaches, nature & wildlife attractions. Come and relax here, or explore the area, on foot, bicycle or go on a scenic drive. At the cottage you have your own private space, queen bed (on a mezzanine), bathroom and kitchenette (limited cooking facilities). There is also a cute private patio overlooking the garden. Pets are very welcome, the yard is fully fenced, and the local beaches are dog-friendly!
