Each cottage has 2 bedrooms, 2 car spaces and is fully self-contained, complete with BBQ and outdoor entertaining area. Wake up to the peaceful sounds of native birds and views of our garden and nearby dam. With wood fires inside and Netflix provided this is the perfect year-round retreat for families, couples, and lovers of the outdoors.

A 200 metre stroll to Jan Juc village and its eateries, hotel and general store, and just a few minutes more to Bird Rock look out, overlooking Jan Juc beach. A 5-7 minute drive to central Torquay or Bells Beach.

Sunnyside is located just off the Great Ocean Road approximately 15 minutes from Apollo Bay. Our beautiful villa Ella's Rest is nestled on a 7 acre property in a quiet pocket of Torquay. Recently completed with a local architect our eco-friendly 2 bedroom home is truly unique and finished to the highest quality. The natural aesthetic creates a space that captures light and views from every room making it seamless from outside to in. A sheltered deck overlooking the dam and a north facing courtyard with outdoor dining, shower and firepit makes it truly hard to ever leave.

A beautiful, cosy self-contained studio cottage in the hills of Bellbrae, with sweeping views down the Spring Creek Valley, a snip of ocean across to the Peninsula and twinkle of Torquay lights at night. 🍀 Enjoy the pool and outdoor bath in private oasis near the gateway to the Great Ocean Road. 🍃 Two night minimum Thursday to Saturday however sometimes one night is available, dependent on other bookings. One night minimum Sunday to Wednesday.

The Winki Inn, located at the beginning of The Great Ocean Road is a secluded self-contained unit overlooking the famous Bells Beach. Built in the 70s, the newly renovated stone Inn, is the perfect place to enjoy the ships pass by on bass strait. The Winki Inn is walking distance of the Bells Beach surfing reserve and the clifftop costal track. The tranquil property is a five-minute drive from Torquay.
