excellent accommodation not far from where you need to be. a bus stop 50 m away and another one 150 meters away with a frequent service. Sabrina was always very happy to help an extremely responsive.

For us, the apartment was very harmoniously furnished, not too much decoration and yet very cozy, very high-quality furnishings. What I personally would have liked beforehand was the communication about the fireplace, on arrival the apartment was very cool due to the change in weather. Heating was, however, warm after a few hours with the help of Christian. But after we bought wood, we were allowed to use the fireplace. That was just great after a rainy walk. Thanks to Christian, we were even allowed to check in before 3 pm, so we could drive at night.

We stayed with our daughter 1.5 years old, for 10 days. It was very nice and we loved it. Everything was well described and hassle-free. We were even provided with a crib, which is why fortunately we didn't have to bring this from home. Thank you for the great time! We really enjoyed the holiday we urgently needed. We can definitely recommend it.

We had a lovely stay in the apartment. Great place to visit the large ski resort of Wilder Kaiser Brixental from there. The cottage is more spacious than in the pictures, super clean and also the kitchen is equipped with lots of stuff to cook. Highly recommended !

We only had one night there on our way through. In the apartment, we were able to relax and sleep well in a pleasant, homely atmosphere. Thank you! I highly recommend the accommodation.

The house is amazing with mountain views and can see sunrise from the windows. For animal lovers, you can just head over to the barn near Bierol to see cows. The host also recommends the famous brewery nearby and the food & beers are excellent. Is a famous historic house by a famous musician so we are so humble to stay in. Washing & drying facilities are good. Would love to stay with them again!!

We had an all-around pleasant stay. The apartment was clean, cozy and well equipped. We especially liked the quiet location and the beautiful view of the mountains. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, we immediately felt welcome. The surroundings are also ideal for hiking and exploring - a great starting point for excursions. We will be happy to come back and can fully recommend the accommodation!

The stay was fantastic all around! The check-in was super uncomplicated and flexible – exactly as you would like it to be. We felt totally comfortable as soon as we arrived. Everything was very clean, modern and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The accommodation was really cozy, and as a welcome greeting there was even chocolate – a very nice gesture! The highlight was definitely the wellness area with a great sauna and a refreshing cold pool - perfect for relaxing. Overall, a truly exceptional stay. Amazing accommodation! Felt at home. Best place to stay as a family or group of friends. The host was super welcoming that they came for picking us up in the train station and drove us to the accommodation. Thoughtfully planned bubbles for children to play in the garden. Great kitchen if you love cooking. After a long time I found an AirBNB that has fully equipped kitchen. The host was super friendly in sharing suggestions and tips!

We had wonderful days in the beautiful apartment of Carolin and Stephan. The communication in advance as well as during the stay was very pleasant and courteous, messages were answered quickly and very friendly. The provision of a travel cot and a high chair was offered directly, so we did not have to worry about it. Everything was super clean, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need (spices, oil, etc. available). Even water, beer, tea & some coffee were available as a welcome! In addition, dishwasher + tabs. The bathroom (directly adjacent to the bedroom) was also perfectly clean, the shower is large and accessible at ground level. The fold-out sofa bed in the living room was also very comfortable! The apartment was on the upper floor, from the balcony you had a beautiful view! We felt very comfortable and would recommend the apartment without reservation! Thank you :)

For our studies, we had to go to Kufstein for a week to participate in the Fachhochschule. With all the luck came out at this cottage, 5 min away from the school and 10 min to the shopping center. Extremely nice cottage where we were able to stay, eventually with 7 students. Very sweet host who we could communicate with quickly. Barbara, thank you so much for this nice stay. We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our getaway in the apartment. We had a very nice contact with the landlord. The location is wonderfully quiet and yet you can quickly reach the Schliersee or Spitzingsee. The Josefstaler waterfall is only a short walk away, we even went there twice. The baker around the corner had delicious rolls for our breakfast on the small balcony. The furnishings of the apartment were very good and as described. Everything you need for everyday holiday life was there. We slept particularly well, the bed was comfortable and the peace and quiet was heavenly. You can only hear the sound of the stream and the ringing of the cowbells from time to time. For us, the opportunity to charge electricity cheaply in our own parking space was particularly good. We thank you for the wonderful time and can recommend the apartment from the heart.

Franz and Astrid are very kind and accommodating hosts. We were warmly welcomed and everything was well explained (apartment, pool and sauna). We received many good tips for activities in the region. In the pine bedroom you could sleep very well. There were four of us with our two dogs, who also felt very comfortable. The farm is located in a quiet area that invites you to relax. Definitely highly recommended ❤️👍

This is a perfect apartment near Innsbruck with everything you need to have a wonderful time with family and friends. Convenient location (you need a car), beautiful scenery, perfectly clean and prepared for comfort. We were 4 and enjoyed very much the stay!

Christine and Josef are very warm and reliable hosts. They were always there with advice. Good tips and literature for companies! Our 8-year-old daughter was allowed to pet the rabbits and take a look in the stable. The as-new apartment was provided with loving details.

We felt comfortable right away, everything was very clean and nicely furnished. Absolutely sufficient for two adults with a dog. The whirlpool was our highlight and was already heated and usable upon our arrival :) Beautiful hiking trails can be started directly from the apartment and the beautiful outdoor swimming pool is just around the corner. We ate deliciously in the inns in the village :) We fell in love with the village of Flintsbach directly, everyone was super friendly, as well as the contact by messages with our host. We will definitely come again!!!!!

Stay and place was great with a character. Only downside is due to no direct access to wellness facilities and no changing rooms, it makes great sauna and wirpool experience at some point not practical due to outdoor location and no comunal access from Genesis apartment. Thank you Host.

We had a blast. The room exceeded our expectations. The ski slopes were only short rive away with free parking available. Ski bus was also available. Amazing place to stay.
