Not suitable for children. The Wing is in a peaceful location with underfloor heating, king size bed with cotton bedding and walk in shower. Snacks, wine and light breakfast foods are inclusive. Cabin is at the back of our garden - all for yourselves ;-)) Location is ideal for RVC or FILM INDUSTRY ROLES On the warm days you can enjoy the water fountain, pond and our friendly dog (doggie is not there during the summer break) ;-)) The access is via our house where you can meet myself, my kids, my friends or our other guests staying in the main house ;-)) It does have a nano kitchenette /it is very basic - not suitable for proper cooking ;-)) No smoking indoors You can smoke outside

Close to Luton town centre, train station and 10 mins drive from the airport. This spacious 30 sqm annexe has off-road parking, a private entrance, kitchenet, and shower room. Under floor heating, work station, french doors opening onto a beautiful garden. Backing onto Popes meadow and across the road from Wardown Park, which has a lake, tennis courts, basketball, and a small crazy golf course. This property will provide quite comfortable space for a small family or a professional.

The Barn

A unique and tranquil country escape an hour's drive from London. Relax and unwind, gather with friends and family or explore the endless country walks and roman road on our doorstep. The Barn is set on its own plot of land next to the main house with a large fenced garden, patio area with BBQ and a horse field a few metres away to gaze out onto. A characterful building but totally refurbished and offering a contemporary escape with all the amenities you would expect at home.

Ground floor apartment in Bishop's Stortford.

This basic but spacious one-bedroomed annexe is suitable for up to 3 adults or a family of 4 (if one of the children is under 6). Well-behaved dogs are welcome! It is the ground floor of a family house. There is one bedroom that has a double bed, a single bed, and a toddler bed. You will have the flat to yourself but might hear some noise from the family above. It is on a family-friendly street with a big park opposite. We can provide an extra camp bed if needed.

Barn in Harpenden, Hertfordshire self catering

Little Knoll Barn is a rustic, cosy, self catering accommodation, offering a king size bed & travel cot & or hi chair if required. For pets we provide a water bowl, dog towel & disposal bags. We are located close to the M1, A1, M25 and Luton Airport. We are also conveniently near Harpenden Train station with fast links into Kings Cross St Pancras and Eurostar. Its location makes it the ideal place to stay close to some local places of interest such as St Albans.

A modern self contained Annex in beautiful epping forest, perfect stay for walkers or attending nearby wedding venues. A 20 minute walk to epping station (central line into central London), or 5 minute drive, 12 min walk to the high street. 1 comfortable king size bed , desk set up for remote working , with beautiful views .
