Yohann's family home offers a perfect base. The tram literally passes in front of the house and planes above but the neighborhood is very quiet while being 15 min from the center of Nantes. The house is very well renovated and the spaces are functional and well equipped. It's very nice to have enough room to store your personal belongings. The small garden and chickens offer a very nice outdoor space. I would recommend Yohann's place without reservations.

Accommodation ideally located in a very quiet neighborhood. Clean house. Missing can be an oven in the kitchen. Too bad the cleaning can't be done by visitors (Cleaning fee quite expensive)

Little slice of heaven, quiet and green. The house is very functional with all the necessary amenities (dishwasher, washing machine, oven and microwave oven). Great setting with a small forest adjoining the property, all secured by a gate. Our dog loved this large play area and our daughters enjoyed the swing and games provided. The house was very clean and the beds made on arrival, which is nice when arriving a little late. The hosts are very welcoming and responsive to messages. The little gift that was waiting for us on the table made us happy. Very well located, the house is close to all tourist centers (less than 20 mins). A perfect place to disconnect because there's no wifi, which feels good to put down the phones and just enjoy. Rest assured, we still have reception outside and upstairs. A property to remember without a doubt. Thank you ☺️

We had a lovely stay at Anne's. The welcome went smoothly. There is space to park despite the situation by the sea and the neighborhood is very quiet. I recommend it.

We spent a weekend at Delphine's, it's a change from impersonally decorated accommodation intended only for rentals. The apartment is super nice to live in, we felt at home. In addition, the accommodation is well located, in the city center, while being rather quiet at night. Communication with Delphine and Damien was very easy and efficient! Very well located apartment, with books for children and some games. A pleasant place to have a pleasant stay very close to the sea with the possibility of taking walks and using the bike.

We had a great time at this place, as part of our professional activities. The place is spotless, spacious, bright and very well equipped. Well-located apartment, on the first floor without elevator, with secure parking in a very quiet building. It is true to the photos, with beautiful sea views. Well equipped, it has a crib which allows us to travel light and serene. It's perfect for visiting the area!
