This cottage is highly regarded for its cleanliness, tranquillity and private pool. Plenty of activities and beaches on the Presqu'Île nearby (Mesquer-Pen-Bé-Penestin, etc.), and just 20 minutes from the Bay of La Baule and 10 minutes from the medieval town of Guérande.

Welcome to our house located between the bakery and the well in our peaceful village. Close to the beaches (10 km away) and the Brière National Park (typical village of Kerhinet 12 km away). Come and visit the famous ramparts of Guérande and its salt marshes, La Baule and its most beautiful beaches in Europe, stroll through the characterful towns of Piriac-sur-Mer or La Roche-Bernard, or discover the ports of La Turballe and Le Croisic. You can enjoy the charm of the countryside close to the ocean!

Quiet independent room.

Independent bedroom with its own bathroom. No kitchen but enough equipment to have breakfast or quick meals. (kettle, coffee maker, dishes, mini-fridge, microwave) In the shade of our two magnificent pine trees, nestled in lush vegetation, come and enjoy the small private terrace and rest in a comfortable room. 4 minutes from the port of La Roche Bernard, 20 minutes from the beaches, 20 minutes from Guérande, within the Brière Regional Natural Park. Very quick access, 5 minutes from the N165.

Modern cottage in the heart of the Brière park with views of a wooded park. In order to enjoy the surrounding nature, there are no curtains throughout the accommodation (except the downstairs bedroom) & no TV. The accommodation is located 5 minutes from Saint Lyphard (Intermarché, Bakery, Pub)/10 minutes from the sea (Mesquer)/10 minutes from Guérande. The accommodation can accommodate 4 adults and includes: 2 bedrooms each with a bed (160 x 200) Heating type: pellet stove & electric.

Character building, upstairs and/or downstairs accommodation

Two accommodations available, one for 4 people and the other for 3 people. For your peace of mind and comfort, if you rent one of the two, the other will not be occupied. My place is quiet in the middle of nature with horses, nice view of the setting sun. SAUNA: Private area available upon reservation, €25 for 2 people. 5 min. from Roche Bernard, a small tourist port. Beaches 20 mins away. close to La Brière, Morbihan golf course, the Côte de Jade. Renovated in an original way.
