Beautifully recently refurbished interior designed luxury spacious house. Large modern well-equipped kitchen with island, dining and living room (with real fire) and WC downstairs. 2 large bedrooms on two floors upstairs, one with en-suite shower room. Bathroom also upstairs. Small garden with table/chairs for enjoying sunny days/alfresco dining. Free on street parking. Short 5 mins walk to train station and 5-10 mins to the river and shops, restaurants and pubs in the centre of historic Henley.

Its only a 5 minute drive/ 15 minute walk from the centre of the historic town of Henley on Thames. Newly built it features underfloor heating, and brand new designer fittings. Access via woodland path or garden stairs.

A Perfect Pad in Pangbourne!

The house was 'created' in 2020 having originally been part of the village pub - it’s now part of a redeveloped property which also includes the owners home and a fabulous cafe called Artichoke Cafe. The property is right in the heart of the picturesque riverside village of Pangbourne with its fabulous specialist shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Yet only ten minutes walk gets you to the countryside! The village also boasts a mainline station with direct trains to London Paddington.
