Beautiful home looks just like the pictures , there is alot of rules but understandable . This host is extremely responsive and professional/ knowledgeable I highly recommend

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The house was very clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated—it truly felt like a home away from home. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and easy to communicate with, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The amenities were a huge hit with our family! The kids couldn’t get enough of the slide into the pool—they were on it all day—and we all enjoyed the pool and basketball court. It was the perfect spot for both relaxation and fun. we had kids as young as six and as old as 18 and they managed to stay entertained all day!! We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend for families looking for a great getaway!

Catherine's place was great. It was just as described. The place was big and comfortable enough for my family over the weekend. Location in Henderson was good, close enough drive to necessities like groceries, coffee, gym, etc. and only around 17min drive to the strip where we needed to go for a conference. The place was slightly dusty, so barefoot around the house isn't a great idea, but nothing significant and definitely not a deal breaker. The AC also resets back to 74 every 6AM, 10AM and 6PM so during peak summer season, it can get warm upstairs. We had to be mindful of this and set the temp back everytime to 70 around those times as the AC almost never reaches the temps anyway because of the Nevada heat. I am not sure but this might be a state thing but it is what it is. Overall, we still enjoyed our time in Vegas and be close enough things, but far enough to get us some peace and quiet.

Beautiful home in a peaceful neighborhood that had great view of the strip at night. The home was clean and in a safe quiet area, plenty of amenities provided. Host was responsive to any questions I had during my stay.

My husband and I traveled to visit his parents. Ari was such a good host and very communicative and flexible. He managed to give us an early check in even though we asked last minute. We got too cold in the pool after foolishly asking for it not to be heated because we didn’t know how the evaporation would make us colder even in summer heat. I texted him asking to turn on the spa and he turned it on within minutes. It was lovely. Love the location and how private it feels. The pool table and arcades were really fun even for my husband’s elderly parents. The host thought of everything. We alerted him that the pool sticks had worn out tips and he overnighted new cue sticks! We really appreciated the extras like the tea kettle, coffee maker, there was even coffee and sugar in the pantry ready to go. Tried to book with him and extend our stay but the spot was already booked. Wish we had stayed longer.

One of the best AirBnb experiences I’ve had. Comfortable home and great host. Check in was easy, home was clean and tidy, and the yard, pool, and views toward the strip were all great. A perfect stay if you’re looking for a Las Vegas experience that’s not on the strip in a well-located community. Highly recommend!

At this point Nicollete is like family 😄 this is our 3rd stay at this residence and we love it and the kids love it. Very clean, nice and safe neighborhood tucked into the mountain. About 20 min to the strip and airport. Lovely neighbors, I’m telling you, please book here, this is our go to Vegas Rental Home! 5 ⭐️!!

Conveniently located easy access to downtown as well as going out to Red Rocks and Mt. Charleston for hiking. Grocery store and other specialty stores within minutes.

We booked this place in the very last minute so we weren’t expecting anything. But Conway’s place is so much better than what we expected - it’s cozy, clean, at a great location (10-15 minutes drive from the strip), and quiet. We will definitely stay again if we ever come to vegas.

Lisandra was a great host with a lovely AirBnB. It was quiet and off of the strip and the perfect spot close enough to amenities as well as outdoor activities.

Was here for WrestleMania and this place is perfect for a single person or a couple. Safe area and just barely outside of the hustle and hustle of Vegas. The space is very clean and has everything you need for a short stay.

Had a wonderful weekend stay at this lovely complex. The host was super helpful, and the apartment was easy to get to and wonderfully located. We're definitely aiming to make a return trip!

Great spot just off the strip. There are nice quiet pools right on site, or you can access the MGM Grand pools as well. Nice to be able to access the monorail, or the strip is about 10 min walk.

My stay was great. I was so comfortable and I didn’t wanna leave. Would definitely love for them to be my host again.

I really enjoyed my stay. Great location and a really nice bed and shower. Alexis was very responsive and the air bnb has everything you need. Great find if you are looking to stay away from the strip in a quiet neighborhood. I recommend a restaurant nearby called “Beso”

A beautiful two bedroom condo nestled in a lovely community. Pool access, and plenty to do in the neighborhood. Condo was fully loaded with every amenity you’d need to stay comfortably. Clean furnishings, very comfortable beds, pleasant, friendly and helpful hosts. Ample space for multiple guests. Would absolutely stay here again, 10 out of 10!

Really love the space and the area. Close enough to the strip and far enough to be quiet and dark. The location on the lake was beautiful. Everything was super clean and well stocked and it had all of the amenities - laundry, workout, pool, hot tub, hikes, and more.

Easy to locate and make ourselves at home. Very impressed with all the available amenities after flying in and not having to go out and shop. We were able to sit down and have a coffee. Kitchen was well stocked as was the bathroom. We spent 4 weeks and enjoyed the two pools and friendly neighbours and well kept grounds. Just a 3 minute bus ride (#202) on Flamingo Ave. to the LV Blvd, at a cost of $2. if you choose not to walk over the freeway. Rio & Palms resorts are 2 blocks away. We never spoke with our hosts after arrival, as we didn't have too. Everything worked well and we had no problems, except for maybe having to take a bathroom break at 3 AM and trying not to wake my wife because of the squeaky wood bed frame with a nice firm queen mattress. We enjoyed the location and condo very much. Thank you.
