Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Henderson

Place was wonderful I felt safe and at home I appreciate their hospitality, I really appreciated how they allowed me to check in early with communication Ofcourse just an overall positive experience will definitely stay there again.

Beautiful home to stay while visiting family who live in town. Loved all the things to do entertaining wise in home. Only recommendation would be adding pillow top comfort to beds. However I would definitely book again. Thank you Taylor for being a great host.

The house is absolutely beautiful, and the decor quite charming. The backyard was spacious and incredibly pretty. In addition to the large kitchen, there is a nice grill on the back patio. Everything was as expected. One thing to note: there are indoor noise detectors (we found that out after getting back from karaoke and having the fun carry over for one rather sloshed group member), so do not book here if you plan to have loud indoor events.

My group really enjoyed this place! It looked just like the photos and had a lot of room. The home was super clean, the rules were easy to follow, and the private back yard was nice. The location was great too - it was far enough from Las Vegas that it was a quieter neighborhood but close enough to the city to Uber there. I highly recommend this place.

The house was just as advertised. We booked day of check-in. We were stressing about having a place to stay in Vegas for the weekend but Alexis made it smooth and quick. The pool was clean and the enclosed backyard made it feel safe. We really liked the high ceilings - it gave the place a luxurious feel. We will definitely try to stay here again in the future. We absolutely loved our stay! The house was perfect for our trip — clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. One of the highlights for us was the backyard pool. We spent hours relaxing and having fun in the water. The space was private and peaceful, and it was so nice to unwind by the pool after a day out. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to relax and enjoy!

This was an awesome place to stay. Family friendly atmosphere and An excellent host who told us what to expect from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. We were celebrating my twins 21st birthday in vegas,, And wanted to stay at a location that felt like home and away from the hustle and bustle of the Vegas strip. This location was all of that and then some. The host was very responsive to any questions that we had within minutes. This was our very first airbnb experience And it was a great One. We look forward to booking another airbnb and we Hope that we have the same experience as this wonderful host. 5 stars all the way and worth every penny.

process was easy, simple rules, perfect location. Room was as expected, great view from PH window. Quiet and peaceful sleep considering it’s only like a block away from strip, also being able to walk indoors to the strip is great to avoid the summer heat.

The resort is beautiful and quiet. We liked being able to park in the garage with close proximity to the elevators. We stayed in building 1 facing the pool. The room was nice with a comfortable bed, linens, and pillows. We loved having a washer and dryer in the condo so we could wash our clothes before traveling. We were in town for a family wedding so this was a great place to come back to for some peace and quiet.

Stayed here for my 30th birthday weekend with my mom and a couple girlfriends, and we had the best time! The location is great—super easy to get Uber Eats and rideshare drop-offs (just make sure to tell them which tower you’re in). Check-in was smooth and quick, no hiccups. The suite itself was clean, spacious, and well-stocked. The bathroom setup is gorgeous—huge plus. Even though it’s not on a high floor, the view was still nice, and honestly, it was super convenient not waiting long for elevators. The fact that there were no daily resort fees saved us a ton, especially compared to booking directly through MGM. I never was an Airbnb person for Vegas. I always wanted to be on the strip, etc., especially in college, but this was awesome because I had the space of my apartment or bigger without the extra fees and a kitchen so I’m definitely going to do it again because it’s still on the strip and part of the MGM! Would 100% stay here again

Stayed here with my girlfriends for my 50th birthday. Great location! Close to everything and away from all the chaos. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. I would stay here again. The only thing was the guy at the counter where they give you the wristbands at check in. He wanted to give me a "free" gift after I take a tour of the grounds the next morning. He would not take no for an answer and was very aggressive. After telling him no 4 times (!) I had to just grab the wristbands and leave. Not the fault of the host since its a time share, but just be aware. Highly recommended!

Super clean, great kitchen, view of the sphere but far from actual MGM location — I went for a conference and was located at the complete opposite side. Otherwise felt at home! Also non smoking unit which was nice :)

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Perfect location off the strip with free shuttle service to the strip. Room on the 6th floor, very quiet. Very clean room with a stocked Kitchenette. Nice pool area with adult pool with pool bar area as well as a family pool. It was 104 degrees out when we stayed so we spent lots of time at the pool. Highly recommend.

Our stay at MGM Signature was nothing short of spectacular! The location is 1 block away from the strip, right in the middle, very walkable to either end! The room was spotless and beautiful. The view from the balcony was stunning! The bed was so comfortable, and the jacuzzi was perfect to ease sore muscles from walking! Every worker, whether it be the front desk, barista, bartender, cleaning crew, or valet were so kind! I feel like I hit the lottery with Kimia’s place!
