Very peaceful and friendly community, surrounded by mountains, at the end of Colorado River and Lake Mead. Within walking distance to eateries, gas station and a Family Dollar close by. A 30 min. drive to Grand canyon West. 100's of miles of UTV and ATV rides, four wheeling at its best. Several view points overlooking stunning Lake Mead and mountain ranges and magnificent sunsets.

This property borders National Park with major riding trails in a Joshua Tree forest. Accommodations: 3 Bedrooms, 2 baths. Master has king size, 2nd room queen and 3rd room twin size bed. Welcoming family friendly home. Best view of the Grand Wash Cliffs (Back side of The Grand Canyon) in all of Meadview. Lots of beds, large sturdy couches, huge dinner table, portable game table with folding chairs, large deck, campfire and BBQ area, lots of parking. Newly refurbished with new carpet, flooring, lighting and freshly painted. Close to Grand Canyon and Skywalk, Lake Mead South Cove boat launch and plenty of trails to ride your ATV's. Come live the dream!

4 Bed-Grand Canyon West Skywalk/Meadview/Lake Mead

Welcome to Meadview! This spacious home is located near the Grand Canyon West/Skywalk and wonderful Lake Mead. The perfect family get away with stunning sunsets. You can enjoy Hiking, kayaking, fishing, 4 wheeling, stargazing and more. (Due to the drought, the South Cove Boat Launch is closed to boats), however there is a primitive launch ramp that can be used 4 wheel drive recommended. There are so many wonderful trails and hikes and things to explore.
