Beautifully converted in 2017, the cottage offers light and airy accommodation, a woodburning stove and a wet room. Guests can enjoy our 8 acres of fields, orchards, copse, riverside walk and all that this beautiful place has to offer. Nestled in the blissful Cornish countryside yet it's only 5 minutes from the coast path & beaches.

It is only minutes away from the beautiful North Cornish coastline with it's sandy stretches of beaches, epic cliff walks and the Bude Sea Pool. Great for surfing, swimming, and various water sports. The Hawthorn Shed is within easy access to a variety of shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. The Appledown Iyengar Yoga Studio within our garden offers private & general classes.

Quaint, thatched, Grade II listed, C16th cottage in centre of rural village, close to coast. Original slate floors (with rugs), low beamed ceilings, inglenook fireplace with electric heater. The property has solid oak flooring throughout except for slate in the bathroom so don’t forget your slippers! The kitchen includes an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, toaster, microwave and kettle.
