Great starting point for those who just want to sit and be entertained by nature's performance, or excursions in South Jutland. Winter insulated, wood-burning stove and wifi. Finally use the wood-burning stove, firewood behind the house. There are extra cushions , toys , sunbeds, etc. in the shed. Use it. Remember to bring bed linen, towels.

Yes, it's tiny. The double bed is tiny (120 cm X 200 cm). The extra bed is tiny. The sink is tiny. But it will not be a tiny experience. The surrounding landscape is huge and plentiful. Ruggård er en gammel bondegård, som ligger på kanten af Vejle Ådal kun 18 km fra Kolding, Vejle og Billund (Legoland). Du har her det optimale udgangspunkt for ture i den smukkeste danske natur. Området byder på vandrestier og cykel- og rideruter. Her er mange udflugtsmuligheder, men afsæt også tid til ophold på gården. Børn ELSKER at være her. Her prioriteres ude-livet og derfor er der ikke TV i boligen (forældre takker os) Kom og oplev den landlige idyl og ro og hils på gårdens dyr.

Marielund is a danish farmhouse (est. 1907) in a beautiful and isolated spot right by the baltic sea. It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!

A scent of fresh sea air meets your nostrils. Our guests also experience the light as something very special. Especially when the evening sun sends its rays down on the surrounding islands, you have to pinch yourself to make sure you're not dreaming.
