The historic city center with the cozy street and park cafes as well as the good shopping can be reached in about five minutes with a nice walk, with the path leading through the historic old town.

In the beautiful city of Potsdam, directly at the park Sanssouci and right across from Schloss' Charlottenhof you will find our villa built around 1850. The holiday apartment on the ground floor is spacious and family-friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided accordingly. Within walking distance you can reach the supermarket and a bakery or café for breakfast. Dogs are welcome here. We are looking forward to your interest!

Our cozy apartment is part of our detached house in Paretz as an in-law apartment. Our beautiful garden can be shared with our animals (dog, cat and sheep) and invites you to relax and linger. Nature lovers and peace seekers will certainly get their money's worth in Paretz; whether walking in the nature reserve of the "Paretzer Erdlöcher" or relaxing at the Havel swimming area, which can be reached in just a 10-minute walk.

This newly renovated 1.5-room apartment with balcony is located in the middle of Potsdam-Babelsberg. Shops, cafes, restaurants and bars are within walking distance. From the apartment, you can reach the city center of Potsdam in about 10 minutes by public transport. The S-Bahn station Babelsberg is also a less than 10-minute walk away. From there, there is a direct connection to Berlin with the S7.

Swimming on the property at the jetty with us at the Nixe Yachthafen Potsdam is possible for the brave almost all year round ;-).

The apartment is on the first floor in the courtyard building. There is a living room, a kitchen and a shower room. A cozy outdoor area is all yours too. You will stay in a Dutch house in the Holl.
