We (Marcel, 46, Melanie, 45, Levi, 10 and Ayumi🐶<1) rent our in-law in the souterrain of our home in Mettmann / Metzkausen with separate entrance via the hallway. The spacious bedroom is located on the terrace to the garden very quiet and idyllic. It is especially suitable for trade fair guests (Düsseldorf 20 km, Essen 30 km and Cologne with a good 40 km) or someone who, for example, visits family nearby. Welcome to our historical home! The villa was build as a representative domicile for a pharmacist. Nowadays the spacious house offers space for three flats. The holiday home is situated in its souterrain with a direct access to the garden. The residential area is completely private as well as the kitchen. You can reach the private bathroom through a shared corridor. Inside the residential area there is a king-size bed for sleeping for two and a studio couch, that can be used also by up to two.
