In leafy yet central location Heiligenhaus we offer in a separate apartment on the ground floor of our house friendly guestrooms within easy for 1 max. 4 people. There are 2 bedrooms, a dining-/living-room (TV, WiFi) a small Kitchen, bathroom and hall are available. You are traveling alone or as a couple, friends or family - you will certainly feel good! Linen / towels! Heiligenhaus is situated between Düsseldorf and Essen on the edge of the Ruhr area. By car you can reach Dusseldorf in 20 minutes. In 2011 by the newly created panorama cycle Heiligenhaus is connected to the hiking and cycling trails in the Ruhr into the Bergisches Land. Also for mechanics or fairgoers suitable.

Cozy studio

The studio is located in the attic of our house in the south of the city of Mülheim an der Ruhr, in the district of Holthausen/Raadt. The quiet location right by the conservation area does not exclude a very good transport connection. Public transport to the city center and the main train station can be reached in a few minutes on foot. By car, you can reach the A52 in 3 minutes. Essen trade fair: about 10 minutes; Düsseldorf trade fair: about 30 minutes Düsseldorf Airport: about 20 minutes; CentrO: about 25 minutes (each by car)

The new apartment (including separate entrance) is in the heart of Essen's most beautiful district: Werden. It awaits you: A large, stylish kitchen-living room incl. dining table and cozy sofa in a sunny conservatory (view of the countryside). A spacious bedroom with a large double bed and built-in closet. A bright hallway and a stylish bathroom with rain shower/seat. In addition: new parquet/tiles, Wi-Fi, bed linens, towels, espresso machine and more. Vacations, trade fairs, business trips, small photo shoots (only on request), weekend getaways... Do you like the other, special things? Then we're on the same wavelength. The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

We offer a beautiful apartment on the edge of the forest near the Neandersteig and the Radpanoramaweg in Heiligenhaus. The apartment is completely newly renovated. The highlight of the 60 sqm apartment is the 40 sqm roof terrace, where you can enjoy the sun all day. The apartment is located on the second floor of a two-family house. 11 steps lead to the house entrance. The surrounding cities of Düsseldorf, Essen and Wuppertal can be reached by car in approx. 30 minutes.

Vacation feeling on the green edge of the Ruhr area

The 60 m² holiday apartment is centrally located but still in a green area in popular Heisingen. Thanks to a separate entrance and check-in, you can organise your stay independently and enjoy the personal atmosphere of our home instead of a hotel room.
