The exclusive and modern houseboat "Oma Ella" is located on the outer jetty of the yacht shipyard with an unobstructed view of the Heiligenhafen harbor entrance and the well-known Graswarder nature reserve. It offers about 50 m² of living space for 4 guests, 2 bedrooms with double beds, a separate shower room with toilet and a large living room with a fully equipped kitchenette. The large upper deck invites you to relax and sunbathe. There are no direct neighbors other than the twin houseboat "Opa Wilhelm".

Inmitten von Feldern und Knicks findest Du hier ein ruhiges Plätzchen am Feldrand mit Weitblick über die Ostsee, der Ostseestrand ist in 20min mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Es erwartet Dich ein frisch ausgebauter 14m" grosser Bauwagen mit einem Bett (160), einer kleinen Küchenzeile und je einer Sitzgelegenheit innen/aussen. Das WC und die Dusche befinden sich in einem weiteren Bauwagen nebenan. Frisches Gemüse und Eier aus unserem Garten stehen saisonal zur Verfügung, sowie ein Klappfahrrad :)

Die „Fischerhäuser Heiligenhafen“ liegen auf einem sehr ruhigen Grundstück, direkt am malerischen Binnensee und nur wenige Gehminuten von der Innenstadt, dem Hafen und dem Strand entfernt. Die Anlage besteht aus zwei stilvollen Doppelhäusern. Über eine private Auffahrt gelangen die Gäste zu den hauseigenen Parkplätzen. Jedes Haus hat eine private Sauna, großen Fahrradschuppen, einen Ofen mit kostenlosem Holz und ein "Brötchenhol-Fahrrad". Die kleinen Gäste freuen sich über ein Trampolin.

With 80 square meters of living space, you have plenty of space for up to 4 people. The apartment is equipped with everything your heart desires. Another highlight is the large, sunny balcony.

We have fulfilled a dream and since May 1, May 2020, we have been able to call this lovely apartment in the Heiligenhafen holiday park our own. The large windows flood the apartment with lots of light and allow you a breathtaking view from the 11th floor over the salt marshes to the steep coast of the Baltic Sea. Since the apartment is facing west, unforgettable sunsets (perhaps with a glass of wine?) are offered from the balcony in the evening. We wish you a relaxing time!

Auf 100m² habt ihr Platz für 6 Personen in 3 Schlafzimmern mit Doppelbetten. Abends vor dem Kamin, in der Fasssauna im Garten oder auf unserer Terrasse direkt am See könnt ihr nach einem ereignisreichen Tag entspannen. Für perfektes WiFi sorgt Internet über Glasfaser.
