The exclusive and modern houseboat "Oma Ella" is located on the outer jetty of the yacht shipyard with an unobstructed view of the Heiligenhafen harbor entrance and the well-known Graswarder nature reserve. It offers about 50 m² of living space for 4 guests, 2 bedrooms with double beds, a separate shower room with toilet and a large living room with a fully equipped kitchenette. The large upper deck invites you to relax and sunbathe. There are no direct neighbors other than the twin houseboat "Opa Wilhelm".

A newly developed 14 m" large construction trailer with a bed (160), a small kitchenette and one seating inside/outside awaits you. The toilet and shower are located in another construction trailer next door. Fresh vegetables and eggs from our garden are available seasonally, as well as a folding bike :)

With 80 square meters of living space, you have plenty of space for up to 4 people. The apartment is equipped with everything your heart desires. Another highlight is the large, sunny balcony.

We have fulfilled a dream and since May 1, May 2020, we have been able to call this lovely apartment in the Heiligenhafen holiday park our own. The large windows flood the apartment with lots of light and allow you a breathtaking view from the 11th floor over the salt marshes to the steep coast of the Baltic Sea. Since the apartment is facing west, unforgettable sunsets (perhaps with a glass of wine?) are offered from the balcony in the evening. We wish you a relaxing time!

You have a fantastic view of the Binnensee or a partial view of the Baltic Sea and the Graswarder nature reserve. A spacious living/dining area with open kitchen, a sofa bed, a comfortable daylight bathroom, as well as a bedroom with box spring bed and 2 balconies await you.

The Kavalierhaus is located opposite the stables and has a large garden with a pavilion, surrounded by rhododendrons. The building has recently been lovingly restored. On the ground floor there is a spacious dining room, the kitchen with separate pantry, a study, a large living room with fireplace, two double bedrooms each with an en-suite shower room, a guest toilet and the utility room. Upstairs there are 7 double rooms and 1 single room, as well as 4 bathrooms.

Hello and welcome to our apartment in Dänschendorf on Fehmarn. Recently completely renovated, this apartment in an old captain's house leaves nothing to be desired. On 100m² you have space for 6 people in 3 bedrooms with double beds. In the evening in front of the fireplace, in the barrel sauna in the garden or on our terrace directly on the lake, you can relax after an eventful day. Fiber-optic internet ensures perfect Wi-Fi. The exceptionally beautiful floating vacation home has a living area of 36m2 and a 10m2 covered deck terrace. The 20m2 living and dining area with a fully equipped eat-in kitchen and a comfortable sofa has panoramic windows on three sides. Adjacent are two cozy bedrooms with double beds and the fully equipped shower room with toilet.
