On approx. 90 square meters, we offer a barrier-free/handicapped-friendly apartment with a balcony with partial views over the Kiel Fjord. 2 bedrooms (1x double bed large), 1x with bunk bed (2* 90*200). Optionally, a sofa bed (foldable, width 140 cm) can also be used. The living/dining area with kitchenette is about 34 square meters with large patio doors to the balcony. From here you can hear the waves on the beach, seagulls and the flutter of sails in the wind. It's hardly more maritime.

Quiet and centrally located, the small house is in the backyard of one of the best locations in Kiel – Brunswik district! Bicycles can be parked outside the door. The UKSH is within minutes walking distance, the stop "Schauenburgerstr." in approx. 5 minutes. Holtenauer Straße with shops, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, cafés and bars is right around the corner. For safety, cameras are at the entrance. Please register additional guests in advance so we can adjust the booking

It offers an outdoor hot tub, shower with nature view, steam sauna, wood-burning stove, terrace, XXL couch and super king size bed, fully equipped kitchen, ice maker, Bluetooth music system, record player, Wi-Fi, 2 x BBQ area, bicycles, home office, 2 x spa, private cinema, giant swing, fireplace, swimming area, wood chopper and much more. Our restaurant "Hof Bissee" with regional cuisine and breakfast (5 min walk).

Welcome! This lovely cottage by the sea is 46 square meters and consists of two levels: kitchen/eating area + bathroom on the ground floor and studio sleeping/play area on the floor above. Located 150 meters from the harbor in beautiful Heikendorf. You have access to an in-ground trampoline, a canoe, and indoor and outdoor toys. We have two rabbits who love attention. We are an American-German family and want to make your vacation unforgettable.

There are various restaurants and cafe, in the village and on the right beach. The beach, beach promenade and golf course are also around the corner.

If you like to jump into the sea quickly in the morning, a nice walk will take you in approx. 10 minutes to the nearby swimming area. Afterwards, you can have breakfast on the large terrace, with birdsong and enjoy your coffee. In the evening we recommend the beach promenade of Heikendorf for dining or strolling. We are looking forward for your visit!

In our beautiful house, furnished with a lot of love, two families with children of all ages have plenty of space for beautiful vacation days. Feel at home and have a nice time at the Kiel Fjord - no matter what the season. In the immediate vicinity you will find everything you need: the Möltenort harbor, fine sandy beaches, good restaurants, supermarkets, drugstores, pharmacies and small shops to browse.

It is ideally suited to explore Kiel and the surrounding area. The many beautiful beaches are not far away and the Olympiazentrum in Schilksee can also be reached in less than 10 minutes by car.

We offer our 30 sqm apartment in downtown Kiel. The quiet apartment building is located on a small residential street. The attached pictures hopefully give a good impression of the atmosphere of the rooms. We constantly strive to keep the apartment nice and modern. Fully equipped kitchen, Internet and TV are available! A washing machine is in the basement.
