Separate entrance with shower room, Bedroom (single bed), living room, no kitchen or cooking facilities. Apart from the seagulls and the sounds of the ships, it is very quiet. In the immediate vicinity, there are inviting restaurants and cafes. The historic cobblestone paving in the courtyard is not suitable for high heels or walking aids. In summer, the lakeside bathing facility is an inviting spot for a refreshing dip.

Welcome! This lovely cottage by the sea is 46 square meters and consists of two levels: kitchen/eating area + bathroom on the ground floor and studio sleeping/play area on the floor above. Located 150 meters from the harbor in beautiful Heikendorf. You have access to an in-ground trampoline, a canoe, and indoor and outdoor toys. We have two rabbits who love attention. We are an American-German family and want to make your vacation unforgettable.

Our stylishly renovated apartment in a great location offers many opportunities to relax. If you like to jump into the sea quickly in the morning, a nice walk will take you in approx. 10 minutes to the nearby swimming area. Afterwards, you can have breakfast on the large terrace, with birdsong and enjoy your coffee. In the evening we recommend the beach promenade of Heikendorf for dining or strolling. The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is level and has an independent entrance. It has its own terrace and is located on the south side of the house. Rooms are featured with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator. The bathroom has a large corner bath and double sink. In the living room is a big flat screen. And lots of shelves with books for every taste.
