Die Wohnung hat zwei Zimmer, einen Wohn-Schlafraum (Einzelbett u. Sofabett) mit einem großen Arbeitsplatz, eine Wohnküche, ein Dusch-Bad und eine separate Toilette. Es sind ca. 3 Min. zum ÖPNV und mit der Straßenbahn erreicht man in 10 Min. die Stadtmitte oder den Hauptbahnhof.
