The light-flooded 90 m² living area borders a large roof terrace, which provides a magnificent view and invites you to relax. The historic mill cellar has been converted into a spa with sauna, jacuzzi, sun loungers and fireplace

Apartment in a quiet location by Lake Steinhude

Welcome directly at the Steinhuder Meer in a very quiet location. The apartment with separate entrance offers a fully equipped kitchen, a large shower with separate toilet and a private sauna. The accommodation is located directly on the circular path around the Steinhuder Meer. A public access to the lake is 400m away. Here you can get started with our SUPs. With our bikes you can reach Steinhude in 15 minutes. There is enough space for 2 adults and 1-2 children. We have 2 big dogs.

You will stay on two floors in lovingly designed rooms. You can relax and explore the area, cycle, swim or paddle on the Aller. Our village is 10 km from the equestrian town of Verden, right on the Weser-Aller cycle path and a five-minute walk to the river. Children and dogs are welcome.

Our bright and beautiful house with an award-winning garden and private swimming pool is located directly in Hanover. The house has 5 bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table and a spacious living room with a large sofa area can be used as an extra bedroom. Enjoy the idyllic location and be in 15 minutes by tram at the main station. Supermarkets and bakers only a few minutes away. Parkingplaces at any time available.

The guest house is very cozy and stylish with many details, such as furniture, windows, etc., which have been designed and built in individual production and with a lot of love for detail. Welcome to 10 square meters for "all-round well-being." Our lovingly furnished construction trailer "Helga Luise" stands on an apple meadow overlooking ponies and even more meadows. It has a great terrace with table, chairs, cozy beach chair and amazing views. Inside there is a 1.4 m x 2 m bed, a bunk bed (0.7 m x 1.4 m) for two children, sitting area, closet and a kitchen with fridge and induction cooktop.

Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.
