Our house is lovingly and modernly furnished. The garden is spacious with a beautiful fire pit and swing and trampoline for the little ones. A new gas grill and lounge furniture are available on the covered patio area. The highlight is the large whirlpool on the covered terrace. One bedroom is already equipped with an orthopedic sleeping system based on a box spring bed and from around March 1st we will be offering an orthopedic WATERBED as an additional highlight for our guests suffering from back pain. Two bedrooms with box spring beds, a sofa bed in the living room and another in the office offer up to 8 sleeping places. Highlight: 120 m² wellness area for exclusive use with steam sauna, Finnish sauna, outdoor wood-fired sauna, whirlpool in the conservatory, relaxation room, tea kitchen, foot bath, showers & changing rooms.

For the 2026 state horticultural show, you will stay with us in the middle of the countryside and only 10 minutes away. In the middle of streams, biotopes and meadows with old trees, there is a quietly located and modernly restored mill estate in the Bauhaus style near the city. The light-flooded 90 m² living area borders a large roof terrace, which provides a magnificent view and invites you to relax. The historic mill cellar has been converted into a spa with sauna, jacuzzi, sun loungers and fireplace

Lovely log cabin located 400 meters (approx. a 7-minute walk) from Bernsteinsee. Situated in a very quiet, wooded area featuring small holiday homes. The garden is screened by vegetation for privacy and is for your exclusive use. A fireplace, gas grill, and fire pit (with firewood provided) are included. A hot tub is available as an optional extra (€75 per stay; April–October). The sauna can be booked year-round for an additional fee (€25 per night). Carport for one vehicle (max. height 2 m).

For bachelor parties, the house is available to a limited extent, i.e. not Easter, Pentecost, Christmas and New Year's Eve/New Year!
