Legoland and Windsor are only a 30 minute drive away. Also available (on request) is a third cosy separate twin bedroom occupying a converted building in the garden providing two single beds and WC. With the log burner, comfortable beds and off-road parking this is the perfect getaway! Dogs welcome (£30 fee payable).

A veranda with 2 bbq's & seats plus lower deck overlook the river.

Perfect for visiting relatives or whilst working at nearby AWE. Please note that the annexe is not available for "day use" and we will expect all guests to stay overnight.

There are many pretty walks around the area and several pubs in easy proximity. We have a village shop, and both Basingstoke and Tadley are 10 minutes by car. Basingstoke hospital and the railway station are also a 10 minute drive. We offer private parking (off road) for 1 car.
