The house is at the end of a closed road and the grounds are completely private. From here, a small path takes you to a large green area, which is easy to reach the beach and the popular decline at Markvænget. The place is ideal for a couple or a family of up to 4 as in addition to the bedroom there are 2 rooms - one equipped with a fold-out sofa bed that can also function as a double bed.

Vi bor tæt på Helsinge, men alligevel helt for os selv. Vi har får og høns. Lejligheden er bygget i gårdens tidligere vognport og lo, og indeholder et stort rum med køkken, spisehjørne, sofahjørne og sengeafdeling. Toilet og bad ved siden af soveafdelingen. Sengen kan deles til 2 enkeltsenge, og der kan laves en ekstra opredning på sofaen.

Stor åben grund med aftensol på terrassen. Grunden er ikke lukket ud mod vejen. Der er trampolin og lille sandkasse. Huset gøres rent af vært efter anvendelse - koster 100 euro. Ikke med i prisen: - Vand: DKK 95 pr. m3 - El: DKK 3,80 pr. kWh - Sengetøj/håndklæder kan lejes for 15 euro per sæt.

Dejligt sommerhus i første række med fri udsigt over kattegat og danmarks flotteste solnedgang direkte fra terassen. Huset er fuldt møbleret med fuldt funktionelt køkken inkl opvasker, og der er står en grill på terassen. Der er 4 soveplader, og derudover er der en køjeseng der kun er egnet til mindre børn. Huset kommer med både sengelinned og håndklæder. Huset ligger direkte til en skrænt, så man skal gå 5 min for at komme til stranden, som er meget børnevenlig.
