The studio is attached to the main residence but offers privacy with parking (EV charging), own private entrance and enclosed decked area to the rear enabling you to soak up the Cornish Sunshine after a busy day exploring.

Chy noweth is part of my home with a private back door entrance with a key safe on the outside wall. The space inside is totally private and for your use only. The patio area is for your use and the garden area is shared with myself. There is a kettle and coffee machine in the small utility area as well as a under counter fridge. I will supply tea, coffee ,biscuits and milk for your arrival. There are no cooking facilities but restaurants are plentiful in nearby St. Ives , Hayle and Marazion.

East facing patio which catches the morning sun, comfy double bed, small kitchenette area, including a camper van style breakfast bar/workspace and own bathroom. Pub nearby that serves great food and a small shop to buy essentials at the nearby campsite. Gwithian offers bus excursions to places of local interest, great surf schools and Cornish cream teas.

Close to the stunning Gwithian and Godrevy surfing beaches.
