The Studio is a spacious apartment in the centre of the stunning Lee Ford Estate in Knowle Village, near the picturesque seaside town of Budleigh Salterton. It can accommodate two adults and one child. The National cycle path is accessible from our woodland garden via a private gate. Secure parking. Budleigh Salterton is famous for its pebble beach and access to the coastal path along the Jurassic coast and local river banks. There are excellent pubs and restaurants serving local produce.

This detached dwelling has an en-suite bedroom with garden views and a separate living room with a kitchenette, table, sofa and TV. The outside area has a picnic bench and an area to store bicycles. The property is adjacent to Aylesbeare Common, a wildlife haven offering ample hiking trails and only a 15 minute drive to the seaside town of Sidmouth or 20 minutes from Exmouth. Exeter is 30 minutes by car.

The Wildflower Retreat: vegan B&B

Our vegan-run B&B is a really peaceful, tranquil space, surrounded by countryside & river walks & just 3 miles from Sidmouth sea front. You'll find games & books in the room, or enjoy chilling with the radio or Netflix, Disney or Prime. There's also a little beach hamper in the wardrobe! There are chairs & a little table on your patio, ideal for spotting wildlife! There's an extra put you up single bed available if you need it. Children must be 12+ as we have a large wildlife pond.

Poppies Cottage @ Brooklands Farm Cottages

This lovely, semi-detached cottage set on one level is nestled in a secluded setting in the grounds of the owners‘ home, boasts its own hot tub and provides a relaxing retreat for couples and families alike. Venturing outside, further highlights await in the shape of a delightful little enclosed patio area with garden furniture, a charcoal BBQ and also the fabulous feature of a private hot tub. This dog friendly cottage is awash with repeat bookings and is becoming ever popular!

Coach House with use of owners' heated pool

Set within the grounds of our old rectory, the Coach House provides a wonderful retreat near to the East Devon coast. We provide a high standard of accommodation perfect for families, with a King-size bed in one room and 2 single beds in the second bedroom. Relax in the cosy and modern living area with fast WiFi. Those who are staying in the Coach House are welcome to have a swim in our heated pool each day (mid May - mid Sept)
