The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop away from the trendy Ostkreuz area and 2 stops away from Warschauer Strasse. P.S.: I own an original 5-metre Riva boat from Italy. The Birkenhof includes several acres of land with meadows, fruit and vegetable gardens and our small birch grove, which gave the farm its name. The farmhouse is ideal for families or small groups. The high-quality equipment and the fantastic view over the Templin lake make it difficult for us to leave every time. In summer we enjoy the 90 sqm roof terrace, which also invites you to barbecue. Through underfloor heating, fireplace and private sauna, we make our houseboat a fantastic retreat even in winter.
