Rülzheim is characterised above all by its central location in the middle of Karlsruhe, Landau and Speyer, as well as its proximity to Alsace, the Wine Route and the Palatinate Forest. Rülzheim itself has all the necessary shops, banks, doctors, cafés and restaurants. The local recreation area also features the Alla-Hopp facility and a beautiful swimming lake. An ideal starting point for many beautiful activities!

Our newly equipped holiday apartment is situated in the middle of nature, the lovely Schambachtal close to a Biergarten which serves you lovely regional food and wine. The apartment has a double boxspring bed and a comfortable convertable Couch. So two people and maximum 2 children or 3 adults can be hosted.The kitchen is fully equiped with Senseo coffee machine, toaster, water boiler, coffee pads, spices etc. Towels and bed linnen are included as well as fresh fruit and different beverages.

A great rain shower awaits you in the bathroom. On mild summer evenings, you can end the day on the balcony.

From two nights, €60 per night for up to two people, each additional person €10 per night (max. Occupancy 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children on the sofa bed). Long-term rental on request. Hand/bath towels are provided and are changed once a week. Bed linen, dishtowels at no extra charge. In the courtyard there is a table with chairs.

The approx. 30 sqm apartment has been renovated with ecological building materials. The walls are plastered with clay and the floor was laid with wooden planks, creating a cozy atmosphere. In the apartment there is a fully equipped kitchenette with a two-burner stove, a fridge and a coffee maker. The two rooms are separated by a passageway.

Weekend house in the countryside near the city

You can enjoy nature without direct neighbors and are still in the residential area of Durlach after 200 m. The pedestrian zone of Durlachs can be reached in 5 minutes by car and only 12 minutes by car is Karlsruhe, the 2nd largest city in Baden-Württemberg. A wonderful place to relax and unwind!
