The Bothy is for those seeking to relax and unwind in an an upmarket and unusual glamping experience. It is off grid set in an old sandstone building amongst fields and woodland. It offers an open fire to ensure you are warm and cosy as well as the usual amenities - shower, hot water and kitchen equipment, all of which are run off solar and gas. There are plenty of footpaths and local walks on its door step, even our local pub – The Swan Inn, is within a 30 minute walk. Well-behaved pets welcome

Blackthorn is a luxurious retreat for two. Attached to the owner's home, and situated on the edge of Icklesham village, the property lies halfway between the ancient towns of Rye and Hastings. There is a distant view of the sea, and the garden is surrounded by beautiful AONB countryside. The cottage has a private, south facing verandah, and guests are welcome to use the heated, indoor swimming pool and outdoor hot tub throughout their stay but exclusively between the hours of 8.00am and 8.00pm.

Located in the High Weald area of Kent which is an AONB, The Cabin at Valley View Farm is set in its own space amongst 16 acres of wood and grazing. It used to be an old hop pickers mobile home but has been lovingly restored to a modern, well presented “mini” haven. A fully self-contained cabin with open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area, UK king size bed in bedroom and a shower room and toilet. Ideal for a couple or two singles as a Z-bed can be provided. The Cabin is hidden away, no passing traffic just the odd swooping bird or passing donkey, looking out onto paddocks and vineyards, for the ultimate stress free getaway, only the birds and trees for company. The cabin is fully functioning, has a fabulous log burning stove, set up for short or long stay, with a bespoke whisky shower tub, king size bed, wifi should you want it, fridge freezer, microwave and toaster, towels and cooking essentials, just bring something nice to drink and relax.

Countryside location with hot tub and sauna

We are offering our pool house which consists of sauna, hot tub, kitchen, double shower room, bedroom/living room with separate wc. Beautiful countryside views. This building is located in our garden which is an acre in total. From the garden you have the added bonus of seeing Llamas and wild deer in the adjoining field. We are situated close to the cuckoo line and there are beautiful walks nearby. We do allow dogs but we do ask that they are added to your reservation as we make a charge.

Rustic Log Cabin, quiet with uninterrupted views

The cabin is made of wood, set in 12 acres of land. It has a decking area at the back of the property overlooking uninterrupted views of open farmland which is quiet and peaceful. It’s a studio with a 5ft bed, kitchenette, shower room with WC. Breakfast items are provided including Bread, pastries, butter, milk yogurt juice, jam, fruit, tea and coffee. Please advise me if you have any other preferences instead of any of the above, as I want to cut down on waste. ….. thanks !

The Stables - A Haven for Woodland Wildlife

Set on the edge of woodland our converted mini stable is a small secluded retreat set at the rear of the big barn on our smallholding. You may see badgers, foxes, horses in the next field, while birds and bees nest in the roof spaces outside the building. The view from the Stables and your own private decking looks onto woodland. Our smallholding has 9 pet sheep. Your own BBQ and fire pit in the meadow. And the option of booking a Massage treatment, yoga or Sound Bath in the Yurt.

The Stable Cottage is a delightful one bedroom cottage overlooking The Brede Valley to Winchelsea and the sea. Set on a working arable and sheep farm. Adjacent to the Woolroom Cottage and a term time only Nursery. Guests can enjoy lots of walks on the farm, plentiful bird life, including barn owls. The property is close to the historic town of Rye, Camber sands beach, Winchelsea beach, Battle Abbey and Bodiam Castle.
