Bewl Water, Bedgebury Pinetum, Battle Abbey, and Bodiam Castle all only 10 mins by car. We have an abundance of National Trust properties within easy reach, with the pretty towns of Rye and Hastings only 30 mins away. We are dog friendly and have wonderful walks close by. The Garden Studio has spectacular views over the Kent countryside from the property's floor to ceiling windows. The self contained compact studio has private access and includes lounge chairs, coffee table and a double bed. We have a dining table/ two stools overlooking the terrace. There is a fridge, a microwave, a two ring electric hob together with a kettle, Nespresso Coffee Machine and a toaster in the kitchen area. Iron/Board/Desk/Chair are on request prior to stay. Newly converted stable block

Modern two bedroomed, separate accommodation with studio kitchen comprising of a combination oven, double hob, fridge and sink. There is also a kettle and toaster, cutlery etc. Youngs garden stable block is on the edge of a charming old village in East Sussex, within striking distance of Bateman's ( home of Rudyard Kipling ) and many other historic sites such as Bodiam castle, Scotney castle, and many more. The village is approximately a 10 minute walk and has 2 pubs and a small supermarket.

The Stables

Our one bedroom studio is the perfect retreat for two to relax and unwind.  Just a short walk from the tree lined high street of Tenterden, with it's eclectic mix of independent shops,  historic buildings and small cafes, it is also home to Kent & East Sussex's heritage steam railway. But if relaxing with your favourite glass is more your thing, then it's worth noting, that it is also in the centre of England's wine country, with our local vineyards - from Chapel Down to Gusbourne.

The Lodge

1300 sq. ft of spacious, modern accommodation situated half an hour from J 10 on the M20, and half-way between Tenterden and Rye. It's a short drive to the great Camber Sands Beach. 40 minutes or so from the Eurotunnel - we have often gone to Paris for lunch!! Lots to do in the area - Kentish vineyards, National Trust and English Heritage properties, a real steam railway a few miles away, a leisure centre, beauty spas, local museum, McArthur Glen Outlet in Ashford and lots more.

The Annex

A two bedroom self-contained cottage set in the East Sussex countryside, with views of the Fairlight Hall Estate and the English Channel. On a clear day you can see as far as Dungeness and the inter-lying beaches. Situated between the historic old fishing port of Hastings and the fortified hilltop town of Rye, on the A259. The Annex is next door to a family home within their established garden, to which guests have access. The nearest railway stations are Battle or Hastings.

Stunning semi- rural cottage with a huge bed!

A charming self contained small barn conversion in a semi rural location. An open plan kitchen, huge bedroom and bathroom. The cottage is stylishly decorated with a mix of vintage and new. Enjoy a long soak in the Victorian cast iron bath, long lie-ins in the superking bed, walks on your doorstep, games on the huge sofa or wander down to the village for an abundance of drinks and food.
