Holiday rentals with beach access in Hastings

We have just returned home after a week at Beach apartment. The location was ideal, just across the road from the beach & an easy level walk into Hastins. The apartment was spotless & equipped with everything you could need for your stay. Huge windows overlooking the sea made the apartment very light & airy. The view was wonderful being so close to the sea. Communication with Sarah was excellent with any queries we had being answered promptly. There is no parking at the property but we could stop to unload the luggage & Sarah had suggested locations to park which were within 5 minutes walk. We didn't need to pay as plenty of free roadside parking within that 5 minutes walk. Plenty of good place's to eat close by. We found the bus service in the area to be very good & used it for days out to Rye & Eastbourne. Rye is a very pretty town, great for a day out. We had a great holiday & wouldn't hesitate to return to Sara's apartment if we return to Hastins in the future.

Had a lovely few days at the apartment . Easy to find with great directions and communication from Wendy . Fantastic location , close to everything loved the old town and fish and chips at Maggies . The apartment itself was very well equipped with everything that was needed during the stay , lovely and clean . Overall a lovely trip , would highly recommend 🤩

Stayed with my adult daughter and my maltese terrier fifi from Thursday to Sunday last week .. two min walk to old town which was buzzing with bars , pubs n restaurants .. lots dog friendly too .. the bakery 2 shops away from the gallery was to die for .. Jane kindly left a bottle of wine , milk and croissants which was such a nice touch .. we had beautiful weather too which was a bonus !! Thankyou Jane for a truley wonderful stay in your gallery garden flat we loved it and the lil courtyard garden was lovely in the mornings having coffee outside .. honestly too many positives to mention !! Lovely location especially in good weather. Ate all meals in the garden with amazing sea view. Spacious and comfortable, well equipped. Restaurants and shops all in walking distance. Would definately recommend.

We loved our short stay in Hastings and this accommodation was perfectly situated for us, with its proximity to the railway station and a small Sainsbury’s as well as a great MandS Food hall. Everything was beautifully clean inside the apartment and very comfortable. Aurelie is without doubt the most accommodating and welcoming host, going the extra mile to help whenever possible. She was exceptional. We were completely delighted with our stay, enjoying the interesting Hastings town museum and also a workshop at the Hastings Contemporary gallery. We highly recommend the baking in the cafe there! ( Also lunch in the cafe next door.) We enjoyed wandering around the old town shops and photographing the boats on the beach. We had a wonderful time at Andy's cottage! It was compact but had everything we needed, and the location was perfect for walking to all of Hastings' main attractions. Andy was quick to communicate and provided lots of helpful information, and meeting the cute cat, Blue, was an extra bonus. Thanks, Andy!

Just experienced the most perfect 3 day stay, in an absolutely ideal location in Rye. A spotlessly clean, stunning character filled property with low beams, wonky walls and sloping floors, which all add to it's wonderful charm. A very responsive, helpful and kind host, who really wants you to enjoy your time there. No questions too hard and always a very warm prompt response from Becky. We would 100% recommend this property and host, if your looking to book the perfect getaway in Rye. We loved our time in Sam’s cottage. It was close to the beach and Rye with great walking. The house had a lot of character, was generously sized and had a well equipped kitchen. We loved all the vintage touches. I would recommend anyone wanting to be near Rye to stay here.

Amazing place right on the beach - fun driving through the sunbathers to the house which was the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort.

Tracy & Marks property was very spacious and just what we needed for a weekend get away with our friends and their families. We traveled with 3 children under 2 and luckily Tracy & Mark were very kind and flexible with our check in to work around nap/ feeding times which was a real help. The house itself has everything you need in the kitchen, which looks out onto a lovely garden, the dining room next door was very big and a great place for cooking group dinners, the lounge included a small pool table and a darts board, they also had a great selection of board games. The location is just a 4 minute drive from the beach front in Hastings, which had some great shops, & really lovely places to grab a bite to eat and drink. We had a fantastic stay, thank you both!

What a wonderful place……everything as described….David & Donna provided a great welcome pack. The house had everything needed for a relaxing break. Beach was quiet and clean. Games room was a hit for the competitive people in our group! View from the sitting room was stunning ……Plenty of parking and was very easy to find.

Jon's place is a stunning town house covering 6 levels, with the higher floors giving a fantastic Sea & Old Town view. Parking is available but very tight, however this is to be expected given the location within the old town. It is only a few minutes walk from the array of shop's, cafe's, bars and restaurants. Jon & Ben was both very helpful and responsive to all messages & queries (we tried to keep them minimal). Thanks for a lovely stay, highly recommended.

Dan’s flat got a great range of tech gadgets which are super easy to adapt to and the place is really nice, we helped ourselves to some beer and prosecco. Dan’s been super responsive and considerate. Will definitely come back for more staycations thanks Dan!!!

Great apartment, very warm and welcoming and spotlessly clean. It’s ideally situated for walking into Bexhill town centre and the beach is moments away. Would highly recommend and wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you Andrea we hope to return soon.

Had a great stay, everything as described, flat has lots of character, very handy location for the beach and local attractions.

We stayed here only to do the Seven Sisters hike it was a place just for a sleep and to refresh . We arrived Friday night and it was very easy to find and get in . For anyone wanting to do the hike it was such a perfect location . Morrison was also just minutes walk away , and the beach is on the doorstep ready to start our hike. Bus was also easy to use and ideal . Jade was really helpful when I reached out to ask questions . Highly recommend and her place was spot on . I was worried it being a basement apartment but it was quiet and ideal for us who like the quietness .

Richard was a wonderful host - so helpful and responsive and gave us lots of recommendations. We had a really fantastic stay. The flat was bigger than anticipated! Definitely would recommend if you’re looking to do the Seven Sisters hike! Thank you Richard :)

Just got back to normality, from what felt like being in another world. The view from the apartment was stunning, two nights just wasn’t enough ! Fantastic place to stay, everything we needed and so relaxing. Loads to do in the area so time flew by. Highly recommend this place. Thank you Anna you are a star for sharing it with us !
