Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Hastings District

Lovely flat in a fabulous location. Would definitely recommend it. The local area had some lovely open spaces for walking along with some fab restaurants for dining and cocktails. Perfect for a weekend get away.

Joanne was so welcoming on our arrival and had the hot tub heated up ready for us to use. Everything you could think of was there for us to use. Unfortunately we had a very busy weekend planned and wished we could have spent more time at the location. We have our next visit booked already and can't wait to use this accommodation another time, spending more time chatting with Joanne and hopefully getting to see more wildlife in the garden.

Benny was really great with communication as I booked very last minute! She also kindly let me check in much earlier and I also checked out a little later due to my own fault of not realising checkout was at 10am! The place is spotless and is well equipped, there were breakfast items left which was thoughtful and generous of Benny. The location is beautiful and peaceful - lots of cute lambs and ponies and even deer! A short drive takes you into forest row where you have a good selection of shops

As it turned out my wife & I caught a cold from Hell at the last moment, and because we were visiting an elderly relative in a care home and the other house guests are also of a certain age we decided not to go , but here is the comment from the two guests who stayed . “ Everything was fine, very well equipped, a little shabby in places, excellent position and parking worked well.” From my side Phil made everything run smoothly so I would not hesitate to recommend the apartment. This airbnb is great- convenient and clean, it perfectly matches the photos and description provided, and it's very easy to find and enter. The location in town was fabulous and made it easy to venture through the town. Would recommend to anyone staying in Rye!

Cosy, spacious, homely and comfortable- we loved Jonathan’s flat. They were kind enough to let us check in early, super friendly, and lovely. The flat has everything you could wish for and more, we loved the extras for the children (plastic plates, cups etc) it made it so easy with young children. It was warm and my daughter said ‘it was the best nights sleep she ever had!’. Thanks - we will be back!

Very nice little apartment in a fantastic central location. The afternoon sunshine on the balcony was lovely. Pay attention to the height warning! It was fine for me and my daughter, both 5 ft 6, but much taller would have been tricky.

Gorgeous gorgeous. Such a beautiful Property with so much character . It’s full of wonderful ornaments , books and furniture ! Kitchen is so well equipped and the upstairs is surprisingly spacious!! It was in the perfect location for our trip and there is a handy shop , pharmacy etc. loved our stay! Thank you

Great place to stay. Close to the beach and promenade. Plenty of variety in the many local restaurants and cafes nearby. Hastings pier and town is a short walk away.

A delightful beach cabin experience. I booked this beautiful home for a recent girls trip. Sofia allowed us to get access early as several of us had come on overnight flights. The home is easily locatable and perfectly situated. We spent four nights, enjoying long dinners at the dining room table, sitting on the back deck, enjoying the stunning view and sleeping peacefully in the lovely bedroom. Sofia was responsive throughout our visit, and even let us check out a little bit later than planned so we could further enjoy the beach. note that this is a very low tide beach. If you’re hoping to swim, you will likely need to go to another part of the beach. The water is ankle deep goes out at that level for a very long way. The kitchen is very well appointed, the beds are super comfortable. I am a stickler for having decent hot water for a nice bath, and that was not a problem at all. Thank you so much to Sofia and her partner. We look forward ved every minute.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay, we felt right at home. Dee and Jeff were exceptional hosts, very friendly and welcoming. They really do go the extra mile, as all the reviews say - to ensure we have a pleasant stay. The barn was everything I expected and more, you could see there were so many nice personal touches and preparation that went into making our stay as amazing as it was - from the complimentary breakfast (locally sourced), to the mobile charger and bottles of water by the bedside. Also, loved having access to Netflix and Prime! Will absolutely recommend and stay again, maybe in the Autumn/Winter time to take advantage of the log burner and fire pit outside!

Thanks so much David & Donna for a wonderful stay. The location was brilliant for proximity to the beach which was perfect for the children. The games room, table football and board games made our time very enjoyable. We went out and about a lot enjoying lovely days out at Battle, Pevensey Castle and Herstmonceux castle plus also enjoyed lovely meals out. Our favourite restaurant was the Thai restaurant in Battle (wonderful and would highly recommend)! The house was also the best equipped of all the Airbnbs we have stayed in! Thx so much.

Lovely, peaceful hidden gem

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The home was pristine clean, the hosts were were so friendly and genuine. The surrounding area was gorgeous and we really appreciated all of the thoughtful details throughout the home. We will definitely be back!

Our daughter was very recently diagnosed with a rare form of epilepsy. Due to her medication, we were unable to fly, which meant that we had to cancel our planned family trip abroad for her 1st birthday. We found Alex and Lucie’s listing and it seemed almost too good to be true! Somewhere that we could keep our youngest shielded, whilst also giving us a place to give our eldest a real feel of a holiday. The cottage is beautiful and immaculately kept. Everything about it is perfect. Alex and Lucie added additional personal touches, like a hooded towel for the little one and additional pool checks to ensure that she was kept safe, which we appreciated immensely. I’m not sure if it was me or our eldest that had most fun in the pool and the pool toys got plenty of use! We said within a few hours of arriving that we would love to return and we look forward to doing so in the future. Thank you so much for helping us to give our little ones (and us) exactly what was needed!

This is a perfect place for exploring Eastbourne. It is near the sea and not far from the town centre. The neighbourhood is quiet and leafy. The accommodation was extremely spacious and Caroline included every possible incidental you could think of. She was there to greet us on arrival and at our departure - nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be returning.

We had a lovely stay in Tunbridge Wells. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was very quick to respond and informative, providing clear instructions and helpful local tips, which made the stay even smoother. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would be happy to stay again.

Location was very important as we did not have a car and could walk to it friends place, restaurants and cafes.

Absolutely 5 🌟 airB&B From booking, right through to checking out, Demi was an exemplary host, going above & beyond with communication, recommendations & checking that we had everything we needed during our stay. The flat was bigger than expected, immaculately clean, and offered everything you could need in a self-catering holiday. A very comprehensive kitchen includes lovely wine glasses, cooking equipment & crockery & cutlery… Wishing we had had enough time to fully utilise the brilliantly designed decked garden. A lovely sun trap. The flat is in a quiet location, up above the old town, and it’s well worth continuing up hill to a wonderful view out to sea. An all round lovely place & hosts. Thank you 🖤👌🏼

A wonderful apartment and Lauren is fantastic at communicating. The apartment felt larger than we expected probably because of the lovely high ceilings. The place was super clean and it was great to find milk bread and other basics already there. The lounge area overlooks the sea, which was lovely, though there is a road in front. It was great to be able to just pop across to the beach and we had a fabulous meal at The Farmyard at Lauren’s recommendation. This and others are just a short walk away. St Leonards and Hastings both have a bit of a gritty edge to them, but that also means lots of interesting independent and unusual shops, which we love, and are sadly missing from so many high streets now. Highly recommended.

David was a superb host, providing detailed recommendations alongside clear instructions to locate the property. The location of the property is unbeatable. Just a short 20 second walk from the front door of the property and you're on the private beach! My morning cup of coffee never felt so relaxing. Woke up early to catch the sunrise which was a fantastic view! Just what I needed... a peaceful few days away from the hustle and bustle of normality. Thanks for a great stay, David!

Just got back from a 2 night stay and we had a really lovely time. We came down for a concert at The De la Warr Pavilion. Owen came out to greet us and showed us round. Both were very friendly and the extra special touches like milk and biscuits were really appreciated. The place was spotless and very comfortable.
