The apartment is on two levels, with its own entrance and views of the bay and Risskov.

Til lejligheden hører en syd/østvendt terrasse, hvor der er mulighed for at tænde op i bålet. Der er plads til fire gæster. Vi har en sød, børnevenlig og rolig hund, og en grå kat, som går frit på ejendommen. Hunden og katten må ikke være i lejligheden.
