The house is in the middle of vineyards, fields, in the recreational area Frankenwarte only 5 min. Walking distance to the well-known excursion destination "Käppele". The expansive garden has a large Pool area, terraces with seating and sunbathing area, outdoor kitchen with gas grill. There is a playground and children's playroom.

The shower, toilet and kitchen are located in the main building (direct proximity) in the basement. Getting used the sauna can be used. Barbecue, pool and garden can be used in summer

Tiny House Hubsi with outdoor bathtub and sauna

Hubsi is our 6.6 m long and 3.2 t heavy tiny house, which we designed and built ourselves. The special feature is that the sleeping area is located under the living room. In front of it is our Tiny Tube wood-burning stove, which makes it cozy and warm in winter and creates a special atmosphere. A small bathroom consists of a dry separation toilet and a shower made from an Italian red wine barrel - which is definitely an extraordinary shower experience.

Close to nature, lovely place to stay

Sit back and relax – in a spacious accommodation. The holiday home is located in a quiet residential area overlooking the countryside. To really relax, our place also offers a hot tub and sauna. (for a fee: Sauna €50 per day/hot tub 50€ per day) !Use possible only until 10pm due to the legal quiet time! Free parking. Gas grill can be used for 10€. The accommodation is also suitable for 5 persons by arrangement.

Our apartment is suitable for families, couples or business travelers as a pleasant retreat. The apartment has a spacious kitchen, which is well equipped, 1 double bedroom and a sofa bed. A large smart TV is also available to our guests. On request, we offer a bread service. Attached is a nice playground for children. Tennis court and outdoor swimming pool can be reached in 15 minutes by bike.

Enjoy the distant view of the Franconian Forest if you are looking for a few days away from the hustle and bustle. The newly completed cottage has been lovingly furnished and offers high comfort, nestled on the mountain of the nature park. Numerous hiking and cycling trails invite you to sporting activities. A few kilometers away, you can relax in the thermal baths.
