Our cozy, light-flooded and modern apartment is located in the countryside exactly between Bamberg and Coburg - two very worthwhile cities in Franconia. Our farm is a real oasis of well-being surrounded by forest and extensive fields. Some lakes are also within walking distance. We have great hiking trails and bike tours in the Hassbergen. An absolute place to arrive and feel good and an ideal starting point for day trips, for example to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Bamberg.

Relax as a couple or with the whole family. Enjoy the tranquility of our small village. Arrive, unpack, feel good. And wake up the next morning with birdsong. The apartment with spacious living space is ideally suited for two people or small families. Fast WiFi is of course included free of charge. There is enough space to play and discover. Vehicles are available in the yard, and the garden can be discovered and relaxed in. An electric car can charge at our wallbox.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

In the historically forest house the vacation flat is on the ground floor with three large and bright rooms, a kitchen and as a special thing a wooden bathroom with a teak shower. You can expect an upscale equipment. The holiday flat has a garden with seating solutions, a barbecue and if you want a fireplace. We also provides bicycles for adults and kids.
