Welcome to our apartment "Sicasa" in Schulenberg in the wonderful Harz Mountains. We renovated the apartment in 2024 after more than a year with a lot of love for detail. On 43 m², a modern and light-flooded accommodation awaits you, which convinces with its stylish furnishings and a fantastic view. The minimalist decor with subtle colors, lots of natural light and warm wood accents creates a quiet atmosphere to unwind.

My "little hut" is located in the beautiful village of Stapelburg in the Harz Mountains between Wernigerode and Bad Harzburg/Goslar. Last year, a real gem with a lot of love for detail emerged from a "junk shed." My place is on a quiet side street, and parking is available right in front of the house. The "Schüppchen" is hidden behind my house and is accessible via a comfortable external staircase.

This is how to stay on vacation: Three double bedrooms and three shower rooms, a superbly equipped kitchen, fireplace, dining room, small pantry kitchen on the slope, a large furnished terrace area and a fantastic view of the Harz Mountains from everywhere. A double bedroom and a shower room are located on the sloping floor and are accessible via a rustic staircase from the first floor.

Comfortably and top modern furnished apartment with large roof terrace and views over Harzburg. It has an underground parking space (note the entrance height) and an elevator. On stylishly furnished 72 sqm, young and old feel comfortable. After a relaxing day of hiking, enjoy the evening hours on the roof terrace with barbecue and dream views.

Lütte Hütte

The flat is lovingly furnished and has a large balcony with a breathtaking view. Situated a few hundred metres away from St. Andreasberg, it is wonderfully quiet, yet everything is within walking distance. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. That's exactly what's possible. Right next to the forest. Many hikes are possible from here, without a car. By car, you can visit cities that promise history and culture.
