The perfect "hideaway" for individualists: Duplex apartment on two floors in a fantastically quiet location without traffic noise, on request with private basement for mountain bikes. The cozy apartment is renovated to a high standard and furnished with a lot of love for detail. On the 2nd floor are the spacious living/dining room and the modern, beautiful wooden kitchen as well as the bright, friendly bathroom. A protected south-facing loggia promises many hours of sunshine. The cozy bedroom is under the roof.

Apartment 2 on the Harz in beautiful nature

The apartment is on the upper floor of our vacation home, which was completed in the spring of 2020. The house is located on the outskirts of Bad Harzburg/Westerode district surrounded by fields and meadows overlooking the beautiful Harz Mountains. The transport connection is very good, so you can quickly reach the nearby cities such as Goslar, Wernigerode, Quedlinburg or Braunschweig by car or bus and train from Bad Harzburg. Shopping facilities are also available in the village.

The 40 sqm WILD&COZY apartment is a modern, new apartment in the WILD&COZY vacation home with an open floor plan and the latest furnishings in a quiet location. A very warm ambience was created with a lot of love for detail. A special feature is the private parking right in front of the private entrance and the large private terrace. Super suitable for your vacation - if necessary with desk work. Our listed half-timbered house was built over 200 years ago and is freshly renovated. The "Haselnuss" is located on the first floor of the house and is about 50 square meters. The large garden allows you to recharge your batteries or let off steam. Direct access to the terrace.
