From May 10th to June 24th, façade work will be carried out on the building. During this period, scaffolding will be erected around the house. The flat is lovingly furnished and has a large balcony with a breathtaking view. Situated a few hundred metres away from St. Andreasberg, it is wonderfully quiet, yet everything is within walking distance. These rooms were formerly used as a carpentry and upholstery workshop, and now we offer you a vacation home with a lot of comfort and individual touch. In the entrance area you will find direct access to the shower room. In the kitchen with dining table, you can prepare a morning breakfast or a small meal. Especially cozy in the evening when the warm lantern light from Brandgasse falls through the windows.

A toilet and shower (of course with warm water!) are available in the sanitary area on the property. A double bedroom and a shower room are located on the sloping floor and are accessible via a rustic staircase from the first floor.
